"well ,it is so sad to see the client telling one side of the actual fact of event.. first i didn't give him a quote it was a estimate pricing base on visual inspection of the pictures, i told the client that if your window reveal are rotten ,most likely the frame could be too, but that i will confirm on site, we start the removal of the rotten timber reveal and of course the timber framing behind are totally rotten , i call the client to see the extra damage cause by the white ants , so the extra timber for the framing, flashing ,labour, going to timber yard buying the extra timber $ 200 is cheap the client want me to do it for free i refuse, no one could predict the extend of the damage ,specially looking from the picture provide by the client.. the job was completed successfully and the client paid us and told us job well done , why some client refuse to tell the true, instead of writing wrong comment , witch is no good ."

"Malik done the job, but the service was very unpleasant. I initially asked him to inspect the job in person, but he insisted he could do it based on photos. He also charged extra $200 just for adding two small timber pieces from Bunnings, which felt excessive. Unfortunately, I made the wrong choice by trusting him. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend his services to others."
