So unfortunately You put this review in order to harm us and it became clear to us that you could not understand us when we came to your house under the rain (and this was in the six raining days consecutive), we were under risk when we went up to the roof and inspected the tiles and explained to you what the problem is and how to fix it with the evidence of the pictures that we have taken and you had seen it, where the problem was one broken tile and some cracked ridge caps about 10 caps where its need to be flexi point for it and another slippery tile on another side under the ridge cap and we have given you the price that you claimed is expensive, it was only 400$ and you have Immediately accepted and we asked you are you happy with the price? You said yes and you did not even argue or ask us for a reduction. Just you said, when can you fix it? We told you after the rain stops. On the second day, it was still raining, so you called another handy man without let us know, and this man put silicon everywhere on the tiles as the tiles did not want to put silicon on them he has put silicone between the tiles and closed the water course not properly and professional job and who knows roofing understand that. And when we came back next week to repair the roof, we found this and we found the silicone everywhere , even in a place where we would like to put the flexi point for the ridge caps where this material does not stick on the silicone, so we removed the silicone material that it took times ro remove it from the tiles and found another broken tile and that man had put silicone for it and we We did not make an account for it as we did not bring another tile with us, so we sealed it well, and the work took about two and a half hours, not as you said half an hour, unfortunately.
