"I started Concept A so I can work with the client directly. Being in direct contact with them allows me to get a clear understanding of their wants, needs, and lifestyle. That's what lets me create a house perfectly tailored to them." Working collaboratively to achieve the greatest possible result is the cornerstone of Concept A. The main goal is to take that vision you have for your home and make it a reality by creating a home that works with the site, with the local council regulations, and within the parameters of the R Codes in a fluid, stress-free, and enjoyable process. Aaron's story: Before starting Concept A, Aaron started his career as a draftsman working in the project building industry. Although he enjoyed the high volumes or work, he felt the work was lacking creativity and often the home designs were flawed. The focus was more on getting work done quickly and in a most cost effective way as possible rather than creating the best solution for the client. With a real passion for design and a genuine desire to give the client the best possible home, he decided to quit working for a project builder and begin working for a boutique design firm. This allowed him to start designing homes with a real wow factor and create a custom home design from a blank canvas. Now he was able to do what he truly loved: creating a home to perfectly suit the wishes of the client. After designing many homes for many happy clients, Aaron saw he could be more beneficial to the clients if he was able to chat with them directly rather than through a sales rep. With that in mind, he left the design firm and started Concept A: a company where the main focus is to create a home as individual as you are.
