Our experience building with Metricon was outstanding, and a huge part of that was due to our site supervisor [Damien Nolan]. Throughout the entire process, his professionalism, attention to detail, and coordination of every stage of the build were exceptional. He managed trades efficiently, maintained high standards of workmanship, and kept everything progressing smoothly and on schedule. What stood out most was his consistent communication and willingness to answer any questions we had quickly and clearly. He made the whole journey far less stressful and gave us confidence every step of the way. Having built before, we can honestly say this has been our best building experience yet, and we’re incredibly grateful for all his hard work and dedication.

Our experience building with Metricon has been great, and a lot of that comes down to our Site Manager [Name Removed] and Building Support Coordinator [Name Removed]. Both have been incredibly supportive, easy to deal with, and have helped make the whole process feel much smoother and less stressful. Regan has been fantastic throughout the build. He’s always been approachable, communicative, and genuinely cared about the quality of our home. We really appreciated all his hard work and support along the way. [Name Removed] has been fantastic to deal with from start to finish. She’s always been helpful, organised, and quick to assist whenever we had questions. Her support and communication made a huge difference throughout the process. We couldn’t thank them enough!

I have had the most amazing experience with Metricon. From Start to finish, all touchpoints from design through to construction have been handled professionally. In every build there are always challenges, but it is how these are addressed and resolved that makes all the difference. [Name Removed] from Service and Warranty has definitely risen to the challenge and was extremely attentive and responsive to troubleshooting items that needed attention post build. [Name Removed] was professional from the jump and emphasised that Integrity was the most important thing to her and that Metricon was a company we could trust.She had an excellent sales manner and was incredibly helpful and prompt answering all of our enquiries.She guided us intelligently through the sales process and has maintained contact and assistance since. We have felt a genuine connection and interest from her in our Metricon Journey which has made us feel comfortable with our decision to us Metricon as our Builder. Exceptional experience! I had a great experience with Metricon from start to finish and love my new home. We have been happy with our Metricon build overall, with only some minor issues along the way that were resolved fairly quickly. More recently, we have been dealing with Metricon’s Service and Warranty Manager, [Name Removed], who has been extremely helpful. [Name Removed] is punctual, professional, easy to discuss issues with, and very thorough with both his appointments and follow-up. His communication and customer service have been outstanding. We were genuinely grateful to have [Name Removed] looking after us throughout this process and felt we could really rely on him. He was approachable, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. His professionalism and follow-through gave us a lot of confidence, and we truly appreciated the care he took in addressing everything for us.
