From showroom visit to final install the process was very easy. Bec the wardrobe consult was punctual and proffesional as was Michael our wardrobe installer. The delivery was on time and the install was defect free. All in all a very pleaseant company to deal with.

The sales process is great. The quality of the product is fantastic. There were some issues with delivery of the product via a damaged counter top and missing lift-up door mechanism covers, but the team were able to arrange to have these replaced. Without these couple of issues the rating would have been 5 stars.

I am very happy with my kitchen renovation!The process was pretty seamless considering I had a few public holidays between start and finish. I must say that all crew involved were always polite and well mannered, informing me of their arrival time and turning up on time.Also answering my questions in a polite manner,which as an older person I really appreciate. We recently had our kitchen completed and couldn’t be happier with the result. Jerimmias, the PM, was fantastic throughout the whole process — super easy to work with, responsive, and made everything run smoothly from start to finish. Stuart did an amazing job with the install, and the quality of workmanship really shows. The attention to detail and professionalism from both of them made the experience stress-free and enjoyable.

Kitchen Connection were great and handled everything for us. All of the trades were lined up and everything ran to schedule. It made getting a new kitchen very stress free knowing we had someone in the background who's been there done that and knows what to expect.

Great design and support throughout our recent kitchen and laundry purchase. Big shout out to Designer Sarah Nucifora for her amazing design talent, Michael Spina for his responsive project management and Luke Deighton for a very neat and professional installation.

Service and communications were good from staff in store and during the work. However, customers should be aware that Kitchen Connection only design and fabricate your new kitchen. Our quote included removing the old kitchen and new appliances but not installation, tiling, painting or any other trades. Their trade cost estimates can’t be totally relied on and better service and quotes can be found from independent tradies compared to their recommended tradies. The standout exception was the kitchen installers, Attila and Aniko, who were excellent.
