I engaged the services of this company recently and have regretted it big time. At first they are so professional but after the deposit is put down they didn’t return calls or emails. They installed two split systems very badly. In particular [Name Removed] would not answer queries and even at the quoting stage virtually said we had to put a deposit down if we wanted any more details! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Can't comment about previous review, but I have just had a good experience. Got three quotes - this one was priced in the middle. Felt comfortable with Tony - he was not pushy. All questions were answered before I paid deposit. Installers - polite and courteous, worked hard and cleaned up. Will use again and have recommended to friends.

This is the second project I've used this company and wouldn't think twice about referring them on. Installed a Daikin reverse cycle ducted air con this time, complex job over two levels and tight spaces. They overcame every hurdle the job presented and introduced me to the My Place Advantage Air System, google it, you wouldn't do it any other way, amazing where technology has taken us. I write this review to acknowledge the job the boys did in particular, what a crew. Special thanks to Cam and Brett for customising my job and getting me over the line.

The Comfort Heating and Cooling team did an awesome job of my new heating. Arrived on time and were very thorough to make sure we were happy with the heat from each duct. Nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly recommend them to others.

Great job from, and thanks to, Marcus, Alex and Connor from Comfort Heating & Cooling Pty Ltd who installed a Daikin split system in our Deepdene home yesterday. We have had the pleasure of Comfort Heating & Cooling services in previous homes and have been delighted. We are always amazed by the absolute professionalism of their team and high quality of their installed products (as they only supply trusted and tried manufacturers) and their on-time, courteous and efficient installation is always impressive. This unit was installed yesterday and Marcus's team installed this in an operation that was a well-oiled machine of Marcus project managing his team of installers (Alex and Connor on this occasion) and electrician. What we appreciated was their overcoming obstacles from our difficult install into a wall cavity between the plaster board and a border brick wall (without the need to cut along the plaster board to install other than where the unit goes), installing the engine of the unit on the roof (with the use of a mini lift for OH&S considerations), and down to the water drainage pipe outlet neatly installed into the down pipe. Well done team. We will be back as needed or recommending you to our family and friends. Another nice touch was that free of charge, Marcus offered and delivered changing some ceiling vents for our evaporative air cooling which had nothing to do with their company but that is the sort of pride they take in their work and customer satisfaction. I had an Actron Que ERQ-17AS 17.5 kW Ducted Refrigerated Aircon installed by Comfort Heating & Cooling. Tony Evans who came over for the initial quote was very professional and polite and explained everything in detail as what needs to be done and gave us options for different sized models for Actron Que and the Wifi controller + Zone controller/sensors. Our house needed a smaller unit than we got but as we are planning to add another room or two, Tony suggested its a good idea to get the next sized model to be future-safe. Before install, Tony came over once again to finalise the location of the Return Air Grill, Indoor coil, Outdoor condenser and the vents needed for each room, which was very professional in my view. The team from Comfort Heating & Cooling who came for the actual installation were also excellent. They knew what they were doing and even though the installation was planned to be completed in two days, They finished the work in one day (But not compromising on the quality of work). They kept asking me and advising me regularly about everything they were doing. Overall, I would recommend Comfort Heating & Cooling and the Actron Que system to everyone. My experience with both have been great. Price-wise the Actron units would be dearer to other makes in the market but I can assure you that you cannot beat the performance and features of Actron (especially the new Wifi Controller which can be controlled through a Phone App too) and also its long term reliability and efficiency. I would advise to spend more at start and get a proper air con installed rather than get a cheaper one and not be happy with it. After all it is one of the major investments in your house. I recently completed a project involving a Daikin VRV, ducted refrigerated system and hydronic heating to our home in Blackburn South. Marcus was my point of contact whom I found to be extremely professional. In addition, the quote provided was also very competitive. Marcus discussed, considered and provided valuable input in both, planning and installation phases. Also, a big thank you to the entire installation team. We first contacted Comfort Heating & Cooling for cooling solutions to our 2 upstairs bedrooms which get extremely hot in summer and our study downstairs. Sadly for us the option of upgrading our current ducted heating system to allow for refrigerated cooling as well was not an option, so Marcus set about working out the most suitable and cost effective solution for our requirements. After taking a lot of things into consideration on which units would work best in each room, with safe and efficient means of installation being paramount, we were pleased with Marcus' suggestions (2 x floor standing; 1 x wall mounted) and quoted cost. The installation team (headed by Emilio) arrived on the designated installation day at the time given and worked quietly and cleanly until all systems were installed. We had one small hiccup with the installation of one of the condenser/inverters and the office staff, along with the installation team, were extremely helpful and were soon able to provide a workable solution that fixed the problem. Unfortunately for us the electrician (Josh) was not able to be on site on the same day as the installation but came the next working day, at the designated time, and swiftly hooked all 3 units up and had them working in no time. All Comfort Heating & Cooling installers who came into our home to complete our project worked quietly, efficiently and cleaned up after themselves so you would not know they had even been there if you hadn't been there to see it all happen. We would highly recommend Comfort Heating & Cooling as a company who will provide you with the heating/cooling solution you need at a price that won't break your budget and will then get it installed in a very streamlined and professional manner.
