At Bijl Architecture, we are always seeing potential. We are an award-winning architecture and design practice based in Sydney, led by renowned architect and director Melonie Bayl-Smith, and have extensive experience in residential, interiors, educational and community projects. We are guided by the belief that architecture must improve our comfort and connections: to each other, to ourselves, and to future generations. Bijl Architecture’s demonstrated expertise and experience ranges from new buildings to alterations and additions, refurbishment and fitouts, adaptive/heritage work and project/site masterplanning. In the interests of pursuing quality project outcomes for our clients, Bijl Architecture offers the full range of architectural services, including concept designs and feasibility studies, planning and construction documentation, tendering, project management, contract administration and post-completion services. In Sydney, we have completed projects across the Lower and Upper North Shore, Northern Beaches, Northern Peninsula, Hawkesbury area, the Inner West and in the Eastern Suburbs. Beyond the Sydney region we have also completed projects across the Upper and Lower Hunter including Lake Macquarie and the Central Coast. Bijl Architecture presently has projects across NSW, Tasmania and Victoria.
