Needing 2 hand cut duplicate keys made for older type mortice locks; & having had a problem with keys being cut in shopping centres, I decided to go Bond Locksmiths at Blackburn. After describing what I required to Eddie at the counter, the keys were made in a day, & operated the locks as well as the originals. Excellent service & precision made keys.

Went to Bond Locksmiths n Blackburn today just because they were the closest. I got three locks keyed alike and a new external knob set. Took a couple of hours Cost $150: seemed reasonable. Spoke to Dean and Ryan on the phone; both polite and helpful. Had trouble trying to fit cylinders to security doors so went back and saw Peter, got the tips I needed, a couple of screws, and a piece modified all for no charge. He even said to give a call if I still had problems later. Very impressed!

I ordered 2 security doors with Bond, one was complicated and required 2 visits to my home. Mitch and Terry were very accommodating and gave me fantastic advice. I was worried the sliding door might close my living space, it has opened it up and made my home so much more comfortable. The quality of the doors are fantastic, I feel safe and secure in my home and they look gorgeous. Also soundlessly roll open and closed. Nothing was a bother with Mitch he was great to deal with, excellent communicator and kept me up to date with my order. Terry custom fit my sliding door, not an easy task and a job other companies wouldn’t touch. I couldn’t be happier. 5 stars from me.

Talked to Mitch on the phone and Terry came out to look at the install of a security screen on the front door. Because the house is old the door frame is not square and also required building out the frame for the screen door so it wouldn't collide with the front door handle. Terry did the build out frame first and then remeasured so the door would be the made to the correct size. I was a bit concerned the frame would look odd but needn't have worried. Some parts took a while to arrive (supply chain constraints) but the final result is excellent and has no problems after 6 months. He also fitted a security screen to a window. Terry is great to deal with and all work was carried out promptly once they had the required materials.

Initial help came from Wesley. But the issue required further assistance, then service came from John, a colleague of Wesley. I find in each of my contacts with the company whose staff members Not Only Can Perform Well Independently, at times the coordination amongst themselves had enhanced the outcome of the job which was better than expected!
