Bruce was an absolute gentleman and when he assured me the renovation of a small caravan and annex would be done in three days by three or four men I believed him! Big mistake!! Almost nothing was completed and what was fine by him and his labourer only was Very badly done. The first day he wanted a progress payment if $1500 before starting work. The two were there 7hrs. The next day he wanted another $2500 !! progress payment after working 6 hrs. He wouldn't come the next day because I said I wouldn't pay it until I had seen the progress. I reluctantly paid the money as I needed the job finished. He didn't do anymore work though and he explained to me that as I had not supplied any building materials he had recycled some of the former used materials. I have had two other handyman/ builders in to look at the job Bruce did and both said it needs undoing and start from scratch. There was existing electrical work that needed addressing and I agreed to pay extra on top of the $6000 quote, to an electrician but Bruce said he couldn't do the work properly because of wiring etc even though it was like it when he gave me the quote! I advise any one hiring Bruce to get everything in writing.

Bruce was very good. Professional & Quick to respond. Quote was competitive and job was completed promptly. Very satisfied and can highly recommend.
