Needed an emergency sewer replacement. Homefirst was able to arrange fast. Great work. James kept me informed every step of the way.

Had a block drain,Jake from Ken Hall came to fix the problem He found the problem quickly and organised SA water to come and fix the issue I found Jake very helpful and would be very happy for him to come again if I have another problem

From the first phone call to their office to then dealing with the tradies coming to my home, all staff were friendly, punctual, professional and explained everything in great detail.

Shayne and James came out to reline a section of my pipe where roots had got in. They were exactly on time, got the job done quickly and with no fuss and were absolutely lovely blokes. The job was done well and everything was cleaned up when they finished. 10/10 would recommend.

I rang on Tuesday morning about my blocked drain and said that I would be home by noon if they could come out then. The young lady on the phone said that would be fine and organised it for me. The young man came about 1pm and fixed the drain quickly. He was very courteous and took a look at a leak in the toilet which I had also asked about. This requires a special washer which has been ordered and will be installed when in stock with no further call out fee.

Prompt response to our request for an integrated dishwasher installation. Matthew was friendly, efficient and accommodating of our work to align the cupboard door.

It was a great relief that Ken Hall Plumbers could attend and deal with our blocked drain on the same day that it happened. The plumber was efficient and helpful.

Ken Hall's crew were very prompt and helpful in addressing our patio roof issue. Two helpful young man were on site dead on time and the job was completed very quickly. Good materials, good workmanship, a good tidy up and all happy.
