Erwin Fornasier is a building and construction professional with over twenty years of experience in the industry. A graduate of the University of Technology at Sydney, Erwin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Building and Construction Management, and has experience in managing construction, ensuring quality control, and overseeing building finance for various communities and also acts as a business consultant in the housing industry. His extensive experience working in the government and private sectors makes him one of the leading construction professionals in the area. Enhance Building and Development is a full-service building and construction company that handles every aspect of its building projects from ground breaking to final landscaping. As Managing Director, Erwin works closely with the clients and internal staff to ensure that every project is completed with the highest quality while maintaining project budgets and timelines. In his free time, Erwin enjoys spending time with friends and family. He is a volunteer coach for the Rasmgate RSL cricket team and one of his highlights when he spent two weeks volunteering at the Kokoda Track in Papa New Guinea through the Rotary Club.
