The services before we ordered, during the delivery and install and after the floor was laid was excellent. Even with problems sourcing timber due to the 2022 floods, John was able to get things done. Kevin worked hard to secure our flooring while Henry and his team did a sensational job on laying the boards including custom built steps to the lounge room. Matt came and laid the carpet perfectly. Had carpet and flooring installed last week. Ross and Kevin were the guys who I dealt with to measure and set up the install and worked with us extremely well in a very tricky period. They were patient with a number of conflicting activities preventing concrete install dates. We then had Danny and an offsider to do the install and they were both amazing. Nothing was ever good enough and their attention to detail was perfect. They even did some floor prep for us to ensure the floor was as level as possible. A bit of a rescue job. Will definitely use these guys again. Some of the only tradespeople to do a good job and ensure the work was done to the highest quality.

We needed to replace the carpet before we moved to our new home. Thanks to Joseph and Michael - workmanship was great and the recommended carpet looks good and feels comfy!
