If you are looking for flooring or carpet, Floormania at Miranda is the place you should go. Jenny at Miranda is beyond fantastic. From the outset the advice from Jenny was considered and accurate. We had been renovating our home for several months prior, so at this stage we were exhausted. Jenny made the process stress free and enjoyable. We decided on Blackbutt Engineered Timber across three large areas so the investment was significant. We are over the moon with the result. The timber floor has been the best outcome of our reno so far. Jin our installer was a thorough gentleman and an excellent tradesman. Whenever someone comes to our house (including tradespeople) the new floor always gets a hugely positive comment. Jenny, John and the team at FM Miranda did everything necessary to ensure our flooring install was an absolute success. We are now almost ready for carpet in the other areas, no prize for guessing who we are getting our carpet from...
The boys in particular, Henry , Harry and the crew were Amazing , highly skilled, super respectful, tidy and diligent . Richard from Floormania managed the process in an incredibly professional manner, keeping us updated every step of the way, throughout the entire job.

Michael and Joe had excellent customer service and a strong knowledge of the technical requirements. The nature's oak engineered floorboards were installed at a high standard. Good attention to detail when installing floor trims around existing details at an old home.

He visited the site at the end to ensure everything was done to perfection and he provided us with both hardcopy and softcopy documents about the aftercare and maintenance of our floors to ensure that the beautiful finish lasts as well as possible.

Miranda floormania is beyond amazing and Jenny is a superstar!! I don’t even know where to begin, I was messed around by some other companies and was feeling very deflated about the whole process but I thought I’d try one last place and I went into Floormania Miranda and met Jenny and from the minute I met her, nothing was to hard, she gave me multiple quotes for different options I wanted to explore, I also had my heart set on a carpet they didn’t stock but Jenny was able to source it for me so I could have it. The biggest thing I can say about this company and Jenny, they are OPEN, HONEST, CONSTANTLY COMMUNICATING, willing to work with you with your budget and you don’t just feel like your being taken for a ride and that’s what I appreciated so much!! + to top it off they did such an amazing job on both my timber floor and carpet.. like beyond my expectations !!! I’m in love with my floor. I’m one very happy customer and JENNY YOU’RE AMAZING!!! There should be more genuine, down to earth, amazing people like you in the world!
