Floors By Nature

Terrible installation - anyone looking at having their floors installed by this company better be aware they do not take customers seriously if you have concerns. They installed our wooden flooring and left huge (unreasonable) marks, scratches and damage all over our walls and door frames. Little care was taken. I reported this back to them (e mail and phone) and to the Owner and at first there was no response, then after following them up again, the Owner spoke to me on the phone and basically said there was nothing he could do or would do - and that we agreed to it as per the Terms and Conditions. Yes, we may have expected some scratches at floor level to paint work and some markings - but certainly not to the level of scartches, huge long marks on walls way above floor level - the extent of damage received to the wall and door frames was unreasonable. Many trades and people that have been in the house since have been appalled. I have taken photos and will be taking this further. It is a shame as the customer service received from the showroom was good. The Owner (installer) clearly did not care and made no attempt to refticy the matter. Dont use this company! No care taken at installation

I recently had Floors by Nature install a beautiful jarrah floor in my home. My floor looks fantastic and I am really happy with how it came out and the service that I received. The new owners were honest, polite and helpful. The installer, was on time and did a really good job. I had a positive experience with Floors By nature and would recommend them to anyone.

FBN were great to deal with, we bought our gorgeous flooring from them in October 2013 & got the previous owner of the business to install the floors. We had a problem this July with the installation & guess what the installer didn't want to know. Upset & unsure how to proceed I called David one of the current owners of Floors by Nature for some advise & was overwelmed by the quality of their customer service, within 2 days they not alone sourced the problem but kindly rectified it too. From my first visit to the showroom to enquire, all the way through choosing the boards, measure and quote and installation stages, the entire staff at Floors by Nature were helpful, prompt, hardworking and professional. The floor looks amazing and has transformed the look of the home. However 2 boards in middle of the lounge room are lifted at one end and although two staff have come out to view them and confirm they have not warped, but would have been laid like that, Floors by Nature have not offered to replace them, they just advised me that they should be ok. I then emailled the company in October to check if i would be covered under warranty if these lifted boards get chipped or damaged and the company has not replied. Very disappointing, especially after the staff confirmed they were laid like that. I have spare boards but would have expected confirmation that Floors by Nature would cover the labour cost if these two boards ever do need to be removed and replaced with my spares. Jenny

I have nothing but good to say about the staff from FBN in O'Connor. They were very helpful when we went into the showroom to choose our timber. We really knew beforehand what we were looking for so there was no sales pitch involved. They were very easy to deal with and accommodating when had to make a couple of changes to the order and delay the installation date. The installers did a great job and left the floor very clean. We love the Spotted Gum Engineered timber and would recommend it to anyone who is considering engineered timber to raw boards. We didn't want the mess and the wait. The boards went down and within a few hours we were walking on them and they looked amazing. I took pictures and sent them to all my friends who were amazed at how good the floor looked. The installation was very fast too it only took about 2 days plus floor prep time. I would highly recommend FBN to anyone looking to buy a timber floor. Their product is great and the price is competitive. Do go in and see David or Martin they are doing a great job. Thanks FBN you've transformed our living space. Can't wait to move in and show it off to family and friends.

We have been away while the floor was completed and we have just arrived home to what I would say a perfect job. I am absolutely thrilled with the work Floors By Nature have done. Thank you so much to all that where involved.
