Please pay a little more attention to detail. The light fitting paint was abraded by the light coming in contact with brick wall. No! I do not want or need compensation of any ilk. I can repair quite easily with 'touch up' paint. Everything else was of a high standard. Needed reminder to send receipt.

my toilet was flushing very slowly,after putting a camera down i could see for myself the numerous breakages in the terocotta pipes.The crew spent 3 big days setting, checking and relining the whole lot upon my request.Many thanks to Zac Jack Riley Shaun and others.Simo

I was very happy with the service Lachlan provided. He arrived on time, he identified the problem at an early stage and fixed it without issue. Lachlan cleaned up before leaving and was very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Lachlan and will call again if we have any other issues.

One of the most professional business i have ever delt with. Rang about 11am. due to leaking hot water system. i was given a time and the service man Ryan arrived at the precise time. He was polite, very knowledgeable and located the problem. He arranged for a new heater which arrived within an hour along with another worker Jack. The old heater was removed and the new one installed all within 3 hours. I recommend this company and I will not hesitate to call them for any plumbing and electrical problems

My elderly parents paid $9000 to this company for an issue with their toilet (tree roots I believe). At the time they were suspicious about the work, but my father was terminally ill (and they didn't have the emotional energy) so they paid. Shortly after my father past away, and within 12 months of the initial work, the toilet blocked again. My mother called them back thinking they may have taken responsibility for the initial job, however they charged her an additional $5,569.00, stating it was 'bad luck' that the issue had occurred again. On both occasions they insisted she needed a new toilet as well. She couldn't afford to pay, so she was provided with a payment plan through Humm. Because of these charges she didn't put the heater on this winter. If we weren't grieving, we would have sort a second opinion, as I believe these prices are grossly inflated. Our experiences are similar to many others who have used this company. I do not trust or recommend.

Felt rushed to have a $900 product installed and said yes; but felt it was unnecessary. Called the office to complain about the cost and feeling pressured but did not have any joy. They believed their workers did not pressure me. Recently found the water regulator they installed some time ago was faulty as the water pressure caused permanent issue with a tap that needed to be replaced. I was shown by another plumber who remarked it was a very cheap product he’s seen faulty before. No I didn’t get him to replace it. Sick of being taken advantage of being a senior female

Shaun from Fluid plumbing was punctual, personable and great at his job. Shaun gave me the best deal for what needed to be done. The toilet was fixed and a pressure restriction was attached to the main water source, which helped other issues. Shaun was friendly, honest and professional. I don’t normally leave reviews but Shaun from fluid plumbing was great!

Don’t use them for emergency work. I was quoted an amount on a Saturday morning with no breakup between parts and labour, which I had no choice under the circumstances than to approve as the suppliers of the parts were closing soon. I later checked the price of materials used and discovered I had been charged $2000 for 2 hours labour. They eventually refunded $200.
