Our home is a well-designed, functional home built to our plan and budget, that perfectly suits our needs. We started the process with one of the project home designs and met with Morgan (Sales Director) who guided us through the initial steps of the knock-down rebuild process. Morgan provided us with clear, detailed and realistic information about the costs, our options to customise the design and timelines, and established the basis for a good working relationship. Our Hall & Hart team was professional and responsive throughout. We would like to mention in particular: Marko, our in-house architect who worked closely with us and took time to understand our dream design and incorporated our many requests and changes into the customised plans, ensuring that the final plan met all our requirements. Melissa, who guided us through the pre-construction stage with wonderful support. She was very organised, knew our project features well and responded promptly to all queries and issues that came up. This stage of the process was well run with organised meetings keeping us up to date, with clear milestones to be met to keep to the timelines, and providing us with various options to consider in making our choices to finalise the FF&E schedules, making it all a seamless process. Crystal and Carly, our talented interior designers who took time to get to know our tastes and provide us with excellent choices within our budget, and great advice and tips during the FF&E stage. It is wonderful to see all this realised so beautifully in the final product. Hall & Hart did a splendid job building our home. We started with one of their project home designs and with the help of their in-house architect were able to customise it extensively to our specifications. They have a great team and everyone we worked with was outstanding. Some of them have since moved on, but I would like to commend in particular: Hanny Liem, our architect who tirelessly incorporated our many requests and changes into the final plans. Maddie Kidd and Carly Beautyman, our fantastic interior designers who were of invaluable help and gave lots of excellent advice during the FF&E stage. Miki Coles, our project manager who took care of all the moving parts and made the whole process very easy for us. Darren McDonald, our site manager who expertly oversaw the construction phase and followed through with resolving post-construction items. We really appreciated Darren's help in getting all the various issues sorted out. The whole team was consistently professional throughout the whole process and the end product was constructed exactly to plan and to a very high standard. Morgan was also very transparent when it came to costings and timelines from the very beginning. Melissa - our project manager during the Pre-Construction stage, was super organised and responsive. Mel was always available to help answer our questions and took time to explain each stage to us and gave us enough time to plan ahead for what’s coming up. All of this made the process during this stage feel so seamless and painless. Jessica - our interior designer guided us along the way and worked closely with Marko (our designer/ architect) to ensure everything came together nicely both functionally and aesthetically. Jess provided great advice throughout and offered her honest opinion without pushing anything onto us or rushing us to make a decision. She would always give us options to choose from which was always helpful and we are happy with our final selections and how they are came together. Marko - our designer who spent time to properly understand our requirements and worked closely with Jess to incorporate the various changes (some of which were a bit more tricky than others) we wanted make to the standard floorplan for the Ascot model. Marko had alot of great ideas and the final plan met our requirements and minimised wasted space. Darren - our Site Manager during the construction and post-construction phases. We had a site manager change about 2 months into the construction phase but Darren managed to get up to speed quickly and was providing us with regular updates in no time. Darren is very experienced and knowledgeable, and gave us confidence that we were in safe hands. We did encounter an issue with the pit levels towards the end but it was ultimately resolved with a good outcome all thanks to Darren’s hard work and efforts. Overall the construction phase was well managed with issues communicated and resolved in a timely manner. Post construction, Darren has been helping us coordinate trades and getting through the list of items with only a few remaining now, and has also come by our home a few times to check on progress. This level of client care and commitment made a real difference to our overall experience. If we had to do it all over again we would still choose Hall & Hart.

We have just moved into our new home and love it! We can highly recommend this builder. Our experience with Hall and Hart from start to finish was highly professional and we felt supported along the way. The design is great and suits our style and needs perfectly. Our house cost came in very close to the contract price and well within the expected timeframe which we are so grateful for. Darren our site manager did a great job - the workmanship is excellent and he was in constant contact and would return any call with queries in good time. He was so great in explaining the process along the way. This is a builder you can trust to get the job done on time, budget with no compromise on quality.

- The house project is well managed. We are happy with our experience with the team. They demonstrate professionalism and genuine care for clients. - The quality is great. The faulty piece like bench island, front doors were replaced before we know. We raised the issue with flashback glass, and it was booked to be replaced. - The estimate and final costs are different but not way different. - From bad memory, I can tell these staff are helpful, friendly, and courteous: Jin, Morgan, Miki, Melissa, Kevin, Elli, Mick. Morgan listened to us regarding redesigning the draft, which has fans to Basix. We don't like fans. Miki, Mel helped us to deal with our new difficult home neighbors. Mick-site manager, goes the extra mile to help us with information, co-op with our landscapers' work, and water pressure. - A special touch that highlights their care when they sent us beautiful flowers after they knew we were sick. - Note on low Water Pressure, Toto toilets not working. Which delayed our move-in. However, the site manager verified that this was due to the Waterboard lowering the pressure to the minimum for living in the street/area - not issue with house plumbing itself.

Excellent experience with Hall & Hart. They were very communicative with us all the way through the design and the building process. The post construction support was also excellent. There were a few minor issues and it was all repaired/replaced by Hall & Hart without any additional costs. While not the cheapest builder out there, they custom build and designed to our needs. All the costings were done up-front so there were no surprises in that respect. If we were to build again, we would not hesitate to use Hall & Hart again.

Hi, We are now in the post-construction phase dealing with the maintenance team. Ray has been fantastic. He is efficient, thorough and always a pleasure to deal with. All of the post-construction phase has been handled with respect and care. The quality of the workmanship by Hall and Hart through each stage has been excellent. Also, there was very minimal change in final cost to the estimation prior to commencing. I would recommend them to anyone about to commence a knock-down rebuild. Ciaran

We love our home that we built with Hall & Hart! It wasn’t smooth sailing however with every bump Hall & Hart stepped up to get it resolved as quickly and fairly as possible. Our site supervisor, Mick, is extremely experienced, down to earth and took such pride in delivering quality work and ensuring we were happy with our home - he understands it’s not just a build, it’s our home. Even in the maintenance period, he has gone above and beyond to ensure we were completely happy with our finished home, our kids refer to him as Uncle Mick now! The interior designer we worked with was the very talented Maddie, she was so caring, supportive, and patient, going the extra mile to ensure we loved the design of each area - we loved working with Maddie and it amazes us every day living in our beautifully designed home! The sales manager that we worked with, Morgan, was very engaged and genuinely interested in working with us on our initial plan ideas and put in a lot of time and effort working through ideas and potential costs so we had a good understanding up front. We want to thank the Hall & Hart team for our beautiful home, with a special thanks to Mick, Maddie and Morgan for being so amazing to work with!

When we moved to the design phase, thanks to our project manager Melissa Moore, it was an enjoyable experience working through the design consultations - Mel was very informative, gave us good options to think about, and flexible to customise to our preferences. Mel guided us step by step on each element of the plan and interior design, plenty of time to do our own research in between on what we like and bring back to discuss how to incorporate into the build. In one of the meetings we were even using VR goggles to visualise our plan in 3D! The construction process was stress free - our site manager Mick Scicluna was a gem! Mick proactively keeps us up to date on progress, upload photos on the phone app so we can see it as it happens, and was very responsive whenever we want to chat in calls or messages. What impressed us most was his professionalism - Mick did not hesitate to rework some details until they are up to his high standard of workmanship. We have moved in recently and now working through the list of minor fixes - it's quite easy using the app - even at this post-build stage Mick has been very responsive and some of the fixes were done within days of us notifying. We have heard so many stories from our other friends with other builders on how their build experience was quite terrible, so we were grateful how our whole rebuild experience with Hall & Hart was so positive - and we are now enjoying our dream home.

If you are looking for an honest, reliable and trustworthy builder with impeccable workmanship and high end build quality then Hall&Hart is who you are after. Crystal our interior designer was amazing at interpreting our vision with choices within our budget and has designed a home that surpassed any of our expectations. Once under construction our site manager Mick’s meticulous attention to detail delivered not only a beautiful home but a home with a high end build quality that everyone that sees our home has commented on. The building process is nerve racking and can be stressful at times, however at every stage throughout the process we always felt that Hall & Hart had our best interests at heart - they are a company with a high level of integrity and I can not recommend them high enough.

We recently received the keys to our forever home and we are thrilled. Our journey started 2 years ago when we visited the H&H office in Box Hill. We loved their designs. Ethan in sales was informative, not pushy and fairly accurate on the price estimate. Once we decided to go ahead with H&H, Ethan and Hanny the architect helped us design our dream home. Maddie the interior designer worked closely with us to achieve the look and finish that we wanted. We enjoyed the design process and were helped every step of the way by the same team, which was helpful as they understood what we liked, our requirements and our budget. Melissa was our project manager towards the end of the tender and I wish she managed our entire project as she is a superstar. We just wanted to thank the team at Hall and Hart for the completion of our new home. As we bark on our new adventure, our new home feels just right! We found the whole experience quite seamless and even when we did come across any hurdles, such as council timings, Kelly and Mon made sure they pushed it along. A shout out to Paul and Hani on getting us onto the journey and ensuring the architectural design met our needs. A big thank you to Jess for making sure we selected the right finishings, and it all looks so well coordinated now that we can see it in real life. We recently built our home with Hall and Hart. Mick, Elli and the rest of the H&H team that were assisting us with our build were great to work with, quick to respond and clear with their communication. Mick went above and beyond to get us information and work done, and we felt supported throughout our build journey. We are very happy with the final build of our home, and are very appreciative of all the hard work that went in to get us here!
