hecticrAt Architects is a Sydney based architectural firm with a keen eye for the creative use of space and nature. We enjoy architecture, and we enjoy the process of working with our clients towards a common goal. The name hecticrAt itself is an anagram of the word Architect. Each of our designs is a unique solution to the challenges and opportunities presented by the site, your requirements and those of the local authorities. At the same time, each design is grounded in our philosophy that nature and architecture go hand in hand. A patch of dappled sunlight, a cool summer breeze or a still pond… these are as much the building blocks of architecture as a brick is. Principal architect Demis Roussos Bhargava (NSW registration 8269) completed his Bachelor of Architecture degree in New Delhi in 2001 and Master of Architecture degree from the University of New South Wales in 2005, both with High Distinctions. He regularly takes part in international architectural competitions, with his entry for the “Kenilworth Designer Dunny” being one of 12 designs shortlisted by the Sunshine Coast Council in 2016 from an international field of 174.
