The Drain Man

Never call any other plumber for your drain issue ever again!!!!!! I had a plumber I've used before come to my property because of a blocked sewer pipe. He used his pressure hose and couldn't clear the blockage after an hour of trying. I got charged $550 for this and he said more than likely the pipes collapsed or there's a tree root causing the problem. He then quoted me $6600 to dig up the back yard to find the blockage and replace the pipe. Shocked at the ridiculous quote I received, I voiced my disappointment to one of my customers who then said "why don't you call The Drain Man? They've got cameras and all sorts of technology to be able to clear the drain." I thanked him for his suggestion and called The Drain Man immediately. Darren who took my call was understanding of my situation and extremely helpful. The Drain Man arrived in less than 24 hours. Ben and Jayden immediately saw faults with what the previous plumber had attempted to do. They sent their camera and other equipment down the drain pipe and cleared the blockage almost immediately. They then sent the camera further down the pipe into the neighbour's yard over the back fence and discovered the tree root that was causing the problem. As this is an issue with the Water Council's property, they then informed me that I'd be entitled to a reimbursement for any expenses incurred, and to help me support my case The Drain Man has supplied me with video footage of the whole process, proving that there was nothing wrong with the sewer pipe on my property, and instead the fault lies with them. Ben even called Western Port Water himself and reported the fault so they can action it themselves. Ben and Jayden are absolute weapons!!!!! They smashed this job out in under 45mins and are truly experts in what they do. When Ben first arrived he said "don't worry mate, I'm pretty good at my job." What an understatement this was, he's beyond an expert, in fact if there was such a thing as a Doctor of plumbing this is the guy. Apologies for the long review, but I've never been this impressed by a Company ever before. Make sure you only ever call The Drain Man, and never waste your time and money on anyone else ever again.

Blocked drain cleared promptly within the 45minute call out time by kane and martin. Second time ive used this company in 5 -6 years. After all the scam reviews and websites around i would not use any other company. Thanks guys

Very happy with my experience dealing with The Drain Man, spoke with Jackson in the morning and he had Kirk out to our premises within a short period of time, Kirk rang to advise when he was 40 minutes away, on arriving and me telling Kirk our blocked drain issues, it became not that straight forward, but Kirk solved the blockage issue ( blockage + tree roots ) .... very professional service and a job well done, thank you Kirk. ............ Ben was great. 30 minutes warning of arrival and when he arrived very personable and straight down to business. Identified the cause of the blocked toilet immediately and rectified it enough for us to use the sewer. Noted that the problem was in the area belonging to the supplier of water and sewerage to our area. Rang the supplier who then put in place works to remedy our problem. The supplier gave a report number which I can use to recover my deposit. The whole experience was good. It is a pity more companies do not seem to act as well. Thanks for your work Ben. I would like to thank Ben from Drain Man for his excellent work. He was punctual, well organised, and very professional throughout the job. Ben kept me informed at every stage of what was being uncovered in our stormwater system. He identified tree roots and a broken section of pipe and explained everything clearly before providing a quote for the permanent solution. I had called a plumber to look at my slow draining shower. He ran the shower said it was fine, $300. The issue continued. I called Kane from The Drain Man and he put a camera down the drain and identified the issue. Thank you!
