Pronto Plumbing

Worse plumbers ever! Do not use this company. Pushy and incompetent. They charged over $800.00 to detect a leak using gas through the line method ( this is very expensive I found out later) . They did not locate the leak. Instead they tried to convince me to do thousands of dollars worth of plumbing work I did not need. This was also verified by competent plumbers who I had to engage to find and fixed the leak. I did request a refund from Pronto Plumbers, but that was refused. Not sure if they run they run a scam or are just hopeless. Worst experience I have ever had with a trades person. Needless to say don't call them. liz

I had a very slow pressure of hot water in entire house. Called Pronto plumbing to fix issue.plumber came and without checking any thing he gave a quote of $762.61 for replacing tampering valve in hot water system. He chaged me $50 called out fee for 2min to say it is valve problem. thanks to you tube i have checked video online and it seem to filter issue and i have called another plumber . Another plumber came he checked water pressuer and open valve and investigate that filter issue & he clean filter and i did not mention to him about filter or valve problem. He charged me $110 and my issue fix. I feel it is wate if of time & money to contact you because they have created 3 website on google . Not happy, with service they provide to me.

Thanks for the quick turn around with my hot water guys, wasn’t sure if I could Get a plumber To my Home during Stage 4 restrictions, but I wasn’t going another day of cold showers.

Thanks again! What a great service, my parents had a blocked drain overflowing outside, googled local plumber and the guys arrived within a few hours, quoted upfront and got everything fixed. Found some tree roots in the pipe, cut them it using the machine. Will be recommending to my friends. Hopefully I won’t see them too soon!
