Our project management and construction service involves the definition, leadership, planning, management, control & delivery of projects on your behalf, ensuring your goals are achieved. - Project Management services Our services include owner’s overall representation, strategic planning, program management, project management, construction management, project controls, technical services (such as project assessment, cost estimating, design review, scheduling), risk management analysis, claims management and resolution, and loan monitoring. While our clients gain great benefits from soliciting all of our services, we can tailor our services based on a client’s individual needs. We use leadership, industry knowledge, process expertise and standardized control systems to deliver solutions to tough challenges with the goal of completing the project on time and on-budget. Bishoy provided excellent suggestions for all the replacement items, on-trend fit-out and great pricing. The job finished on time and to the agreed budget. One year later we had an item fail while under warranty and this was rectified quickly by Sydney Construct. I highly recommend them as a company and I would use them again without hesitation."

Good Project Management, on time and good work. Will use again
Excellent structural renovations which created an open plan living, new butler’s kitchen, and a reinvented staircase with frameless offset glass using engineered timber which is stunning. The main kitchen was completely redesigned to better maximise the area with the latest materials and features. We also renovated the pool, overhauled the outdoor area, and installed a new home automation system proposed by Sydney Construct. The renovation was finished before the allotted time even during Covid-19 uncertainty and was given the time and attention it deserved with a very high level of service. Would not hesitate to recommend Sydney Construct for any high-end Gold Coast renovation work
