Prompt, efficient and friendly service when all the locks on my elderly relatives house needed changing. Courtesy, helpfulness and knowledge was above and beyond the norm. I would highly recommend this company.

Very bad service and arrogant. Charged me 55 dollars to cut a car key to code as car boot did not open with my existing key. New key cut to code did not work with boot and ALSO ignition. I took it back and owner said there was nothing wrong with it and the fault was my steering ignition column which needed replacing. I wasted over 3 hours looking for steering column from wreckers. Fortunately got referred by a wrecker to Bankstown City Locksmiths. He checked my key and said there was error in reading by person at Drummoyne. He cut new key to code. It opened my boot and also worked no problem in ignition. Only charged $25. I took faulty key back to Sydney Locksmiths at Drummoyne and they refused to give me refund. Wasted $55 plus time searching for ignition replacement. Very unhappy with this treatment and refusal to refund.

BEWARE AND AWOID of this locksmith unprofessional,nonsense charge and wrong doing job.. Go to Bunnings for key cuts $3.95. I took four keys to this shop for duplication. The shop manager immediately gave as marked “Sydney Locksmith”, I told him I don’t want that just a normal key and he said must be this key and is correct. I was charged $155.20 for 4 key-cuts!.he didn't even give me an invoice because I paid him before handing out the keys. The next day, I went to the shop to get an invoice and corrected one of the keys’ cut as it was not working. By discussion at the end, I got the invoice and he tried to repair the key. Today tried the the 80-dollar key and found that the cut-in was also wrong and yesterday correction didn't go well! when I called and complained, he pretended not to remember and hung up on me tried a few calls with no answer, at the end after my explanation and protest the shop manager expected me to his shop to correct his job for the third time! I WONDER WHY THE LOCKSMITH ASSOCIATION NOT CANCELLING HIS REGISTRATION WITH SUCH BAD CONSUMER REVIEWS. In the picture, the upper keys are my keys, the lower are his cuts two of them not working! And the high sky bill.

Phil came exactly on time to do the job we discussed over the phone. I asked him to do an additional lock, and he did it without a problem. His work was excellent, and it did not take too long. And then there was the proce - absolutely brilliant. The best rates, the best work. I will never go anywhere else.

I lost the key for my 2015 Mazda Called my local Mazda dealer. New key plus cutting and programming nearly $800 and they would need to order the key then I'd need to make an appointment to have it cut and programmed. I googled Sydney Car Locksmiths and sent a quote request at 2pm on a Friday afternoon and received the $350 quote 10 minutes later. They were very busy but promised to come to me by the end of the day. Despite it being a cold wet night, Alex kept in touch with me and arrived at 6pm in the pouring rain and cut and programmed my new key. Despite him obviously having had a long day Alex was cheerful, helpful and p0rofessional. Excellent service. I would highly recommend them
