For the past 2 years, I’ve been in constant negotiations with Martin to install solar panels on my home. Martin was exceptionally helpful and very understanding of the issues faced with the electricity provider and body corporate. Once the issues were sorted and we were given the go ahead, Martin helped us with the installation. We had to wait for a while for installation as the installers were busy and Christmas holiday approaching. In the new year, this was done first thing which was great. The installation went very well. Let the sun keep shining now.

I have been dealing with these guys for my solar panel, my neighbours suggested that please go to them so trusted and went. My neighbours solar panel was only 6 months old and when I approached they gave me a very different price, I asked them to match the price they didn’t agree, I still accepted the increased price and provided all the documents but the sales person visiting me promised me a lot of things, when I asked him to give me in email he didn’t reply, I kept following up, the whole summer passed and then they said sorry we cannot do this price as it’s very low. And mind it it was an increased price. It took them the whole year to figure out and the communication was so bad. After a year they said they can’t do it. I am so frustrated I couldn’t go ahead with anyone else as the process of dealing with these people was too much. Not happy at all.
