Sky Architect Studio specialises in bespoke new homes and knockdown rebuilds across Melbourne, working with clients seeking a considered, architect-led approach to residential design. From early feasibility through to planning and documentation, we ensure each project is aligned with site constraints, budget expectations, and buildable outcomes. We primarily work with clients planning custom new homes. We take on a limited number of projects to ensure each is carefully developed, maintaining a high level of design control, coordination, and attention to detail throughout the process. The Practice Established in 2011, Sky Architect Studio has developed a body of work spanning bespoke residential homes and select multi-residential projects across Melbourne. Our approach is informed by both coastal and urban contexts, with an emphasis on natural light, spatial flow, and strong connections between indoor and outdoor environments. We place strong importance on early-stage decision making, helping clients navigate planning requirements, site opportunities, and project constraints with clarity and confidence.
