So far, my experience with Burbank has been amazing. I visited almost 12 builders while trying to find the right builder for the block of land I had signed a contract for, and Burbank really stood out. Not only was the design I chose absolutely beautiful, but it was also great to visit display homes that weren’t just “top of the line” luxury builds. I really appreciated that they had homes of all sizes on display, both big and small, so you can actually get a realistic idea of what your future home could look like. As a first home buyer, I have a very strict budget to stay under in order to qualify for the $750k first home grant. I was amazed walking through the display home and finding out that the base build price, including the promotional package, would still keep me under that limit. After visiting so many builders, I found Burbank’s pricing to be extremely competitive and fair. I recently had my colour appointment and, honestly, I was overwhelmed and nervous that the variation costs would be very high just to include a few extra things I wanted in my home. Not only was I impressed with the range of options available, but my colour consultant, Alycia Varley, was amazing throughout the whole process. She helped calm me down, guided me through the selections, and made it much easier to decide what I wanted. When the variation pricing came back, I was genuinely surprised at how reasonable it was. Working in the building industry myself, I have a strong understanding of trade and material pricing, so it was refreshing to see a builder not inflating prices and instead genuinely helping people get into homes despite the current cost of living pressures. I’m very impressed with Burbank overall. A big shout out to David Doak at the Yarrabilba display home as well. We were working within a very strict timeline when choosing a builder, and he was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Anytime I’ve called in a panic, he’s been there to help, which has been greatly appreciated. I cannot wait for my house to be completed. Thank you, Burbank!

We are currently in the pre-development phase with Burbank and the experience has been outstanding. From our initial consultation, Patricia Tewaaka, sales consultant at Yarrabilba took the time to understand our vision, budget, and lifestyle needs.The design and drafting process was collaborative and transparent. They provided clear, detailed spatial plans and offered expert advice on maximising our block's potential.What has impressed us most is their handling of the administrative hurdles. Their transparent, itemised pricing during the tendering process gave us complete confidence that there will be no hidden costs when construction begins.Navigating paperwork can be overwhelming, but their professionalism has made this stage completely stress-free. Burbank recently build my house I did not have good experince with their color selection and electrical apointment. There are many issues and here I point main issues. 1. In color selection with [Name Removed] I choose the default inclusion. SIEMA Syros 002 which size is 470mm and I signed contract with this selection. I did not change this selection in color selection appointment. But burbank change it to SIEMA 400 which size is 400mmand listed in the thousand items with small front. [Name Removed] even not notified tgey can not provide Syros 002. So I could choose another. When I found before handover they say you choose this item. I sent many email but they do not want to change it. Also front door handle also given wrong than what I choose. 2. The Brownie Electrical is worst I found. I had hard time doing electrical selection. I wantrd 3 zone on upper floor but they gave 2 zone i had so many conversation about ducted zone but they did change my srlection even did not notify me. The ducted heating vent they positioned in the wrong places. They even override my selection. 3. Burbank dumbed all soil on the land when I asked to removed excavated land they did not remove soil. I talked to Damien and he just moved soil with rocks to front yard. The land was not cleaned even and my private inspector reported that to clean outside.mail metal items spread.

I would highly recommend my new home consultant Patricia Tewaaka to anyone looking to build a new home. This is the second time I have worked with Patricia and Burbank to build a house. I first worked with her three years ago, and the experience was great, which is why I decided to choose the same builder and work with Patricia again for my new build. Patricia is an excellent New Home Consultant with deep knowledge of home design and the building process. She always provides valuable suggestions and practical advice while carefully keeping the customer’s thoughts and concerns in mind. Throughout the sales and NHP process, she has been professional, patient, responsive, and extremely helpful. I'm very glad with the current progress and I look forward to continuing to work with her through the next stages of the build journey.
