Tania J Coward Architect is a small firm, connecting personally with clients for architectural works in QLD and northern NSW. With over 25 years of experience completing residential and commercial projects, Tania is an architect well known for her attention to detail and compassion for each project. This means she is personally involved in each project from the earliest concept stage, with scopes of work including alterations, additions, bespoke homes, commercial buildings and interior design. When it comes to residential design, Tania always puts the needs and wants of her clients at the forefront of every design brief. To do this, she is prompt with communication and invites curiosity and creativity when constructing a master plan. This master plan is the key to exceeding expectations, as it acts as a guideline for budget planning and design innovation, allowing the client to actualise their aspirations in a 3D model. A more open means of communication results in a deeper understanding of each project, as Tania is always personally available to offer guidance and assistance. This also means the process of liaising with consultants and building contractors is simplified and stress-free, allowing the client to focus on the joys of a home that seamlessly enhances their lifestyle and environment. At Tania J Coward, whilst we practise social distancing, we also utilise Skype to say hello and chat about your project without having to physically be in your home.
