It has always been easy and smooth sailing from the minute you took over to become our consultant and we’ve been kept in the loop with regular updates. We thank you for all your kind consideration and problem solving of all our enquiries.

First time home and knock down rebuild. We visited the Homeworld in Leppington and met the sales agent in early 2025. From the plans to the great customer service provided, we picked the plan we wanted, and from tender presentation to the days we took off work to pick our additionals we have had such a great experience. Our Pre-construction customer service consultant was really amazing, she kept us up to date and even if there were issues, a quick call would give us the update we needed. Alot of back and forth, but that is with council and issues such as powerlines, but the overall experience was positive and we finished with a few months to spare before the tender expiry. Thanks to all in the Pre-con journey!

This build was hard, I won't lie, and I didn't always enjoy it! But [Name Removed] was amazing. She was the best support throughout the whole thing that I ever could have wished for. She was always quick to respond and help deal with issues and made the process so much easier. [Name Removed] took over from our site supervisor after a relationship breakdown, and we were very grateful to have him working with us. He produced a great home and really worked with us when issues arose and allowed us to get concreting done so our disabled child could access the house the day we got keys. This meant the world to us! We have ended up with a truly lovely home which we are grateful for, and I would recommend the house and [Name Removed] and [Name Removed] to anyone!

just finished pre-construction phase, about to progress to construction, so far so good. A good reminder is you will need to keep record of each and all of the variations, in terms of drawings and changes, as time progress after 10 variations, you will forget what's been requested and wondering, what was my final decision on that? because you will get an updated drawings each time without the tracking of change. other than that happy with Clarendon so far from sales to pre-construction.

[Name Removed] has been nothing but helpful during the whole pre construction process. Always available to answer questions no matter how insignificant. The process has been daunting as its our first home build, however it was made alot smoother with the help of [Name Removed].

When i started looking for builders for our new home in Menangle and came across Clarendon Homes. The reviews were excellent, which gave us confidence to move forward with them. During the planning stage and colour selections, Monica was incredibly helpful with all the paperwork and presentations. She made the process smooth and easy to understand, which we really appreciated. The consultant from the Menangle Park sales office has also been fantastic to deal with. She is easygoing, very responsive, and prompt with communication. He was extremely helpful with the purchase of our land and provided great support when our first block fell through and we had to quickly pivot. We also appreciated how upfront and honest he was about inclusions and which changes to our plans were truly worthwhile. Although our build has not yet started, all our interactions with Clarendon Homes so far have been very positive, and we’re looking forward to the next stage of the journey.
