The cleaner I arranged for my ageing parents was friendly, thorough, easy to communicate with and cleaned their home very well. The only challenge was finding a regular weekly time that worked.

I was assigned a new Domestic cleaner after two others let me down badly. Aliya Zehra came to clean my house on 17 March and I have never met a cleaner in my whole life who is so dedicated to her job, professional, had an eye to detail and went over and above my expectations to clean my house without me having to point out anything on my list of things that I had prepared for her first day of cleaning. First booking - poor attention to details, missed a lot of spot during cleaning. Also walking around the house with dirty shoes on? It is bad. Second booking - cleaner was a no show. Spent the next 3 hours trying to find a replacement. First replacement was booked and confirmed only for the both cleaners to tell me it was booked on the wrong date. Second replacement was confirmed, this time was for 3 cleaners, two was not available and the third one can only come at the hour that didnt work for me. So I am not left in limbo to find replacement on my own! Thanks for nothing

Chimi Dorji is an excellent cleaner. He is thorough and flexible in all the tasks he undertakes. Chimi is also courteous and efficient. He is reliable and has been able to accommodate changes to schedules. We have no hesitation in recommending Chimi.
