Angel Carpet Cleaning

I've got 2 dogs who loves playing outside and they get dirty real fast from the sand patches outside, so it doesn't take long for my carpets to get dirty. We vacuum as often as we can, but I know it's not enough. That's why I got angel to clean three carpets and a rug. A contractor called MCS came out to do the work. They've failed miserably. Before starting, I had to sign a form which stated not all stains might come out, which I was fine with. When they were done, I had a look and definitely wasn't happy with the poor service. The cleaner offered to do a room again to show the stains can not come out. I was also told that they always spray the whole carpet with a chemical before they start cleaning, to lift the dirt and to make the cleaning process easier. I've got cameras in and around the house to check up on the dogs when I'm not home. I went through the footage and not once did I see them spraying the chemicals. Except for on 3 small stains on one of the carpets. All the carpets were cleaned with water only. Also when I asked about the steam cleaning process because every carpet was cold right after cleaning, he told me it's actually only not steam cleaning and they only work off of the temperature of the water that they put in. Only filled 2x small buckets to clean all the carpets. While he was busy redoing the one carpet, I told him to just finish that area then they could go. I waited at the front door as they were packing up and they just got in the van and left. I tried calling the office right after they left which was at 11:58 on Saturday 23rd of September but they didn't answer. So I started cleaning the rugs again myself with a cheap carpet cleaner that I usually use. I've added photos to show how dirty the carpets still were after they cleaned it. A while after that, I got a call from the office saying that apparently I refuse to pay. I never refused, they never came back in to get payment. They just got in the van and left. I've got cctv footage of everything. Someone else called me, don't know his name. He also kept saying that I refused to pay and that after I explained the whole thing to him. We also talked about the steam cleaning, which he told me that the machine heats the water to 100°C. This function was clearly not used on my carpets as the technician explained to me. He asked me when was the last time the carpers were cleaned because he saw a video of how dirty they were, and I told him it was under 12 months ago. Then he said "oh, wow, and they are already that dirty?" it's got absolutely nothing to do with you why my carpets were dirty and dusty and that reaction from you was completely unasked for. I got fed up with trying to explain myself the whole time and I was busy redoing their work so I hung up the phone. I have paid but I will definately never use them again. Zero stars from me

Very rushed and not cleaned properly, used an old machine that was past its prime and emptied dirty water and hair onto my lawn and then just left.

I’ve had lots of carpet cleans so know how long they take. This guy (Tolga) did 5 bedrooms and stairs and a hallway in about 45 minutes. He didn’t move basic furniture as stated or prevacuum. When he got here he said it was $40 more for a bedroom that was “double in size”. However if they cared about repeat customers he would realise that one bedroom upstairs is tiny and not even a proper bedroom so it evens out. Water left everywhere all over our floorboards too. Will never use again. Don’t be tempted by the “cheap” price. You get what you pay for.

I wasn’t home for the service. He turned up late. He definitely done my rug and couches but not sure if he did my mattress as none of the stains were gone and it didn’t smell like it had been cleaned

I booked for steam cleaning service service but they clean half and left rest all around furniture where furniture is kept. They advertise for cheap price but its not worth of using their service as we need to book another cleaning company for same job. Never recommend this company for cleaning to anyone. Waste my time and money.

I contacted Angel Carpet Cleaning to do an exit carpet clean and a move in clean. One property Booked for 12pm, technicians arrive 30minutes earlier without prior notice and cancelled the job because I was not home. Second property technicians were on time, used a cheaper machine (one I though was not very professional) and he unpacked the machine, done carpets for about 40 minutes then left without a word. I went outside where he parked the van to see carpet mess and/or GUNK left of my drive way (see photos attached) Put in a complaint and was called back 24hrs after and the girls advised that the technicians advised that they are allowed to do that as they can't dumb their rubbish on the street, offered for the technician to come back and wash the drive way down? Wow what a stupid service. I feel like the property was in better condition before he arrived. Be wise and not contact these people unless you want a headache after job is done and technician disappears.

The man arrived angry about having to work on Saturday afternoon. That was the time I was offered. He left stain marks on the new white concrete floor which I could not remove. A professional cleaner was able to remove them. He said it was not dirt so difficult to remove. One of the sofa’s is just as dirty as it was before. He was rude to my husband and didn’t stop complaining about the job and cursing all the way out the door. I got no joy from the complaints department. They did ring me but were completely defensive. Couldn’t have been a worse experience.

My tenant paid for a carpet cleaning service from this company that was clearly not undertaken. Debris everywhere. I contacted them with photos from right after the supposed cleaning. When I got their invoice from the tenant it was outside the 48hr complaint window. Do not use unless you are there to physically inspect that the job was undertaken.
