30 out of 100, with a caution: only 1 review held yet. A small public record keeps the evidence thin, and the score reflects that.

We rang this business and spoke to Suellen. The job:- a 93 year old Community Hall in Logan Suellen took down details of the buildings onsite to be inspected, and gave me Anthony’s phone no. I explained to him that there were several buildings onsite and gave him the different years that the buildings were built and or renovated or added to, spanning from 1932 til now. Anthony gave me the rules and regulations in regards to the regulations and details of how and what needed to be inspected. I received a price from Suellen the same day, and subsequently booked it in. I met with Anthony at the appointed time the next week, and 4 days later after the appointment, we received a detailed report, (with photos of all possible places asbestos may be), and what we needed to do to make the site safe. Anthony is very knowledgeable and doesn’t miss anything. I only had a couple of minor queries which they answered immediately on the phone. This business makes it all so easy, and they are only to pleased to offer advice on anything related to the circumstances. The advice means we can be confident that we have everything in place as required. I wouldn’t bother having anyone else do this work, and would say, use them and you’ll be pleased you did. Thanks Suellen and Anthony.

Worth checking yourself
Only a few public reviews are shown. Ask for recent references you can contact.
Their public evidence comes from a single source. Look them up on another site before deciding.
No credentials are shown here and the business has not claimed this profile. Ask to see certificates and insurance directly.
Trade and building licensing in Australia is set by each state or territory. Check the relevant regulator (e.g. NSW Fair Trading, QBCC in Queensland, VBA in Victoria) that the contractor holds a current licence for the work type and value before you hire.
For larger residential building work, confirm the contractor carries the home-building / domestic-building insurance your state requires before you pay a deposit. It is what protects you if the work is left unfinished or defective.
Look for consistent reviews across several named sources, not one polished profile.
