I don’t usually write review for service as consumer. but this time, when I am writing it , I feel very grateful and thank GOD that I have made such wise decision to use Site Demolition to handle my house. Before I used Site Demolition, I have heard of many stories about how greedy and dodgy this industry can be. They all sounds scary and I was very unease before the entire process with Site Demotion Starts. When we start negotiating with Site Demotion, their price is reasonable, not the low ones to attract you in then blew you up when the job starts. Not the high one which claim to cover everything as Site Demotion does not want you to pay for something which might not happen. Their price covers what they can predict and add clear clause for what could possibly happen. During the negations period, they are very up front and patient to explain the clause and possibility. At that point, I started building trust but still unsure till the real process kick in. The demotion is not an easy job as it involves regulation, various scenarios for example, tree lopping and tree protection. Their office admin lady is very patient and knowledgeable to explain everything and give us the possible option they can offer. In that period, I made mistake not using their recommended tree lopper which caused me a lot of stress and mess. Again, luckily, I am using Site Demotion. The boss George is so helpful and so calm &cool to help me out of stress and got me out of trouble. They always help when clients need them. As stated in the beginning, I only want to pay for what could happen. During demolition, we found out my previous landlord has buried a asbestos and bricks and other construction material. Not like what I heard in the market and not like what my neighbour just experienced that some other doggy demolition companied poured in asbestos and blew up the cost. Site Demotion called me immediately and invited me to the site before digging. I saw with my own eyes. They have assigned a young fellow just to pick up asbestos and wrapped them up in bags. All the bags laid alongside, and photos are taken. Anything unexpected, they stopped and emailed to explain. Clients are more than welcome to visit the site for the findings. Not only the honesty and information Site Demolition offers but also, they tried to help clients to reduce the cost. If they can bear in they will do their best. They are professional and helpful when it comes down to sort out surprise and issues for clients. Even after all has been done, George the boss gives the promise if anything goes wrong with the demolition, they will come back. They really do. The whole experience dealing with Site Demolition is the professional, the calmness, the honesty and the help. The Site Demolition actually changed my view about this industry. There is integrity, honesty and great service. The entire experience to deal with them is unforgettable. From their boss to the site staff, from sales to office admin. I would never know it can be so stress free when you start the journey of building your dream home. It is such stressful task in my life, but Site Demolition gave me the peace of mind and confidence to continue my house building journey. I can keep writing and writing about them and I would sincerely recommend them to people who are looking for demotion company and wants peace of mind at reasonable marketplace. This is the first time we have ever done a knockdown rebuild and SITE DEMOLITION was the company we used. The staff are very friendly and professional and helped us along the way with the knockdown and the excavator driver left my block clean and ready to go for the build. Rhonda and Barbara from site demolition walked us through the demolition process in preparation for our build, making sure that all the relevant clearance certificates, etc seamlessly flowed through to the builders. Site demolition demolished our house May 2023. I obtained multiple quotes and Site Demolition was competitive. I found them to be a professional but very reliable and friendly family run business - easy to communicate and work with. They demolished the house on schedule and very quickly - ensuring the house was ready early for the build. They found about 18 additional bags of asbestos but capped the extra charge. They also did some additional but delicate work at a competitive rate. They also took care of all the permits and assisted with the disconnections. It was a very easy process - highly recommended.
