Our Siemens steam combi oven required a warranty repair, however even though it couldn’t be repaired on the first visit, Andrew always arrived within the time window, was polite, quick and tidy.

Logged a service on Thursday Received 2 updates from AGW Technician Andrew arrived at 7.15am Polite, knowledgeable and friendly Excellent service and communication received from Andrew the whole time he was here. Highly recommend and very grateful to Andrew and AGW. Thank you!

I have a large LG fridge that was error coding consistently more and more for a few months I called for a service and Ranish from all Whitegoods service team arrived on time and was so well prepared that he was holing the actual replacement freezer rear board that was the source of the problem and this was without even seeing the fridge previously.
