Great service from Sam today fixing my dryer . Booked the day before, turned up on time this morning . found the problem immediately . machine fixed straight away .

Just leaving a feedback for Douglas and Luiz, the Brazilian guys that fixed my dryer, they were very professional and went above and beyond to help me, great communication and skills. Highly recommend!

Luie attended the job, was polite and explained the error message. Was fast and efficient in identifying the problem, replacing the part and leaving the area spotless. Luie took the time to show me how to check the part for blockages in the future and how to remove and clean it saving a unnecessary call out charges in the future.

My experience with Alpha repairs was very pleasant. Douglas was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. He was quick to solve the problem and fix the issue with my washing machine. Very happy! would highly recommend.

Alpha diagnosed our Asko dishwasher as requiring a replacement control unit. After this was installed, the dishwasher exhibited unusual symptoms, requiring further analysis. Alpha took the dishwasher to their workshop and put it through exhaustive testing. Long story short, after further analysis by technicians Dave and Gary, problems were found with the power point. Alpha at all times were attentive to the issue, helpful and courteous. It was clear that they were experienced with the unit. I commend them highly, for their service and would not hesitate to call them for any future appliance problem, Cliff

Louis arrived at the allotted time, was clean and well presented. He listened to my explanation and within 6 minutes had the faulty part replaced. He tested the machine , showed me a short cut and cleaned up before he left. A credit to the firm. who by the way had the job done within 3 hours of my initial call.

I gave them my model number and series number and specified that the problem was with the handle or lock mechanism I was quoted the parts price and how much will labour cost but no one mentioned that for this Bosch model those parts are not to be changed as the whole door needs to be replaced Very poor service as we were charged the 155$ fee for inspection A reputable company when given the series number should have advised the client that the repair involved a whole door!!! To be replaced Very unsatisfactory Not using them again
