Beaumont Tiles

Some if the worst service I've ever experienced. Happy to make a sale, but no help afterwards. Products late, not informed Delivery date missed, not informed until too late in the day to make arrangements. Contact centre, good luck getting someone to answer the phone line.

Brought a client in to Beaumont's Adelaide store. We bought an expensive Australian made vanity, sink, tapware and tiles. Beumonts ([Name Removed]) AFTER PURCHASE AND TAKING OUR MONEY, refused to provide a window of time for delivery. She refused to drop items into house due to "occ health and safety"...6 metres from truck. ??? Insisted that a pallet would be dropped and extra costs would be incurred if we wanted items delivered 6metres inside house. Yet would NOT disclose what those extra costs would be when asked. She refused to provide the opportunity to pick up items myself, instead kept passing on the buck to either the absent 'Manager' or the 'Policy' which was never disclosed at point of purchase, or the delivery company which under Beaumonts 'policy' I had NO ACCESS TO. Thanks [Name Removed]. Thanks Beaumont's. It is the last time I do business with you. Over 30 yrs of business with you has now come to an end. Thats what happens folks when multinationals like Bunnings take over family owned and run businesses and staff have no conscience. Your days are numbered.

Visited the new Midland Beaumont store and I have nothing but praise for Cameron who has amazing knowledge, expertise and experience which was an enormous help as he guided us through tile selections for our renovated kitchen. Visited other tile centres but was overwhelmed and uncertain about my decisions. Cameron was very professional, and his obvious knowledge made the whole process less stressful. What a huge asset he is for the company. Overall price was excellent making this a 5star recommendation.

Bundy was helpful from beginning to end, making design suggestions and ensuring I got the best price and accurate delivery expectations.

Poor job. Tiles are not even throughout the house. Were told we would have the diagonal lines for running water to go towards drain but nope. Our builder used them . Not very good. Have even tripped and kicked toe on some tiles with high lippage. I gave them my details to respond to me but they have not followed up on this so the review will stay.

I went to Beaumont tiles in Midland last week and Ken was amazing with his help and ideas. I already knew what I wanted (to a point) and he helped me to choose the correct wall tiles to go with the floor tiles. I can't recommend them enough.

We would like to say a big thank you to Eriana and Johan. We much appreciate the professionalism, always respectful, responsive and very pleasant to deal with. Straight forward process, goods on time,fast delivery, lovely tile and great prices, what more could I ask . We would highly recommend Beaumont Tiles in Thornleigh based on our experience. Thanks to Rowena and the other staff at Beaumont Tiles in Manly. Made the choice of non-slip tiles for my bathrooms a breeze and organised delivery to suit. Will definitely use this outlet again.
