The demolition work was carried out fine and on time but the blowout in asbestos costs was quite high with total costs 30% more then contract price. My suggestion is that the customers need to be made aware and properly advised that provisional costs on Asbestos can be significant as this leaves a bad impression.

The team at Anesti were very professional and happy to answer questions about anything. They were so upfront which is unheard of dealing with other companies myself. Our house was down and site was clean within a few days.

Failed to demolish property in accordance to NSW Health and Demolition policies and procedures must have thought he was demolishing in a non-residential area. Failed to place plastic near surrounding neighbours, water not used to control dust, mess left in nearby neighbouring houses, when contacted advised "you are just jealous from the neighbour , your house is old". When asked to clean up after his work stated "the work is not finished yet". Very rude, unprofessional and would not recommend his services to anyone demolishing or building in the area. Happy to provide further details and photos of his unprofessionalism and ignorance of neighbouring households and consideration of the wellbeing of pets, pregnant women and a newborn baby.

Being our first experience in dealing with demolition, the team at Anesti Demolition were very thorough and professional. They run through the whole process from start to finish and kept us informed along the way. Their attention to detail in dealing with compliance and safety etc was excellent and gave us peace of mind. Great team to deal with. Will recommend to a others.

The actual demolition of the house was on schedule, but there were so many extra charges involved such as removal of asbestos ($6600), Tree protection ($410) and Fencing and Sediment control ($870). At the initial consultation I was told Fencing and sediment was part of the quote. Original quote was about $18,000 but at the end we paid over $25,000.
