We recently utilised the services of BuildFlex during the commercial construction of a $12 million retirement village facility on the Central Coast. Wayne & his dedicated crew provided significant carpentry and joinery expertise throughout the whole complex build in completing cladding & lockup works, and also in the internal fitout and joinery installations for the entire project. We found that the workmanship was consistently of the highest standard and that the team were always willing to work long hours where important deadlines needed to be met, and also to ensure that the handover & occupancy transitions were smoothly accomplished. Recently I urgently needed major repair work to my double garage roof and ceiling attached to the house as it was on the verge of collapsing. The job included removing roof tiles and readjusting roof trusses that had slipped down out of alignment. A most professional job was done by Wayne Wheeler and has team at Buildflex. They re-aligned all woodwork, replaced ceilings and repainted the full area. The job was completed in a week with no stress and no mess. His team are very professional and courteous and I highly recommend their service.

Buildflex won the contract on our building, a substantial architect-designed house in Booker Bay, and undertook the project on a cost plus basis. The project was completed in February 2018. The materials and design utilised an innovative approach by the architect, matching our requirements and customising the building to be in total harmony with the aspect and waterfront location. It was by no means an easy project to undertake as the architect called on a unique design with special treated Accoya timber used across the building. Wayne Wheeler and his Buildflex team applied their experience and skills to build our beautiful home and we are absolutely delighted with the result. They met all the challenges that arose with such a detailed building with enthusiasm and determination. We are delighted with the house Buildflex has constructed. Dealing with Wayne has always been quite easy. He is approachable, available and in possession of a skill set that enables him to deal more than competently with the myriad trades involved with a complex project.

We had Buildflex do our renovations at Kingfisher Shores and right from the very first meeting with Wayne we knew we were making the right choice. Because we were living in Sydney at the time and were only able to visit the site once a week it was very important for us to be able to completely trust who we got to do our renovations as this is our “dream forever home” and we weren’t disappointed. Wayne and his team were wonderful and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Wayne has a no problems only solutions attitude and kept us informed the whole way through. I believe we ended up with an even better build than the original plans due to Waynes experience and recommendations to us that we would not have thought of.
