If all you want is the installation of a carpet, then they are ok. The problem is with everything else. Getting the right time was problematic, they are kept on forgetting times and were totally disorganised and would turn up hours after the agreed time. It’s a little over a week since the installation and apart from the mess I had to clean up at the time, I’m still finding staples, underlay foam and bits of carpet throughout the house and garden. Yes they installed the carpet but everything else was completely unprofessional. The one exception is Tony, if you connect with him, he’s very good.
I commissioned Carpet Right Balmain - the service and communication were pleasant and easy, and installation was timely. But I paid for a big roll of the carpet of which only some 1/10 was used so I returned most of it. Yet I was charged the full price for it, which seemed unfair as the price of the material was the main component of the quote. Next time I will invite more quotes to compare.
Best price and product knowledge got our business. The installation team were excellent which made for a total good experience. Carpet Right service did not cease after the carpet was installed.
Very efficient showroom service provided by Blake. Carpet laying by Dan was excellent - thank you. We were kept well informed from the time of placing the order right up until the laying of the carpet.

Peter's team from Carpet Right Belrose did an excellent and thoroughly professional job replacing our staircase and hallway carpets. The work carried out punctually and the old carpets were removed; on completion, the whole area was left in an "as new" condition. Thank you, Peter and team!

I couldn't be happier from start to finish in ordering my carpet form Carpet Right at Pymble. So easy to organise and delivery came along as planned. Adam and Ally were the installers and they were exceptional, I couldn't fault the way they handled the job so professionally and so helpful in every way possible. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They worked so hard in moving furniture and replacing once they had laid the carpet which was completed to perfection.

Very happy with the result, for both wood floors and carpet over 2 levels. Installed very well. Blake at Pymble store was great, especially in facilitating a quicker date for carpet installation after some hiccups at the start. No problem in recommending Carpet Right.
We have just had our whole (2 storey) house recarpeted and I was very impressed with Belrose Carpet Right. Vinay and Peter were very professional, competent, helpful and knowledgeable. They were also infinitely patient with me, even though I had a change of mind about colour and subsequently took up more of their time. The DATE of carpet laying was of utmost importance to us and all promises were kept by them. They responded promptly to any messages left on tape. The carpet layers were also excellent and efficient. I recommend Carpet Right Belrose.
Organised carpet laying for the stair to upper floor through Carpet Direct mobile. Web page, selection procedure, price and payment method were all quite reasonable. Until it came to the installation. The installation was done done quickly (within 1-2 hours) and the job looked reasonable but walking barefoot a few days later I felt a little painful jab on the back of my foot. Didn't think much of it then but when it was repeated a few more times I got a little suspicious. Looking closely at the stair edges I found few little nails protruding out of the carpet on every step. I ended up searching for and hammering each nail down myself as taking time off work to get the installer to come back was too much hassle. The other photo is that of the underside of the stairs after the installation. Their website says that their installers have 10+ years of experience. I am not convinced this is truthful.
