Coral Homes

This review is based on our post contract experience with Coral. Considering this is our 3rd build and first with Coral Homes, we entered this with firsthand practical experience with the process. Like all major projects there are a number of known and unknown challenges that come with a house build. The Colors, Tile selection and Electrical planning meetings were professionally planned and executed establishing the foundation for a positive build experience. The most important component of the practical build is the Site Supervisor. This role is the link between customer expectation, practical execution and multiple trade services communications to execute the plan to its finality. Our Site Supervisor has one of the most demanding roles however, considering the demands on his time, we were able to communicate with him regularly through written and verbal means with timely responses to our queries. Our Site Supervisor took the time to meet with us when needed and review our queries with detailed responses that helped us understand the process at that point in time. Due to his patience through our build process, the experience has been a positive one that has allowed us to enjoy the next step of the process, now creating a home. Thank you.

[Name Removed] called us weekly to check in and provide updates, while emailing even more frequently . Fantastic communication, support and product knowledge! We had the best time with [Name Removed] who helped us to design our home perfectly. She took a lot of pressure off us by providing her wealth of knowledge with a smile and helped turn a scary design process into a fun, memorable experience. We have great experience with Coral home colour selection appointments, [Name Removed], our designer was awesome and she helped us to get right colour combinations and kitchen appliances and all. Thank you [Name Removed]

These builders are not good at all, they took more than 15 months to build a small double storied house Sacramento 263Q. The site supervisor we got initially is terrible, he took forever to complete the stages, he is [Name Removed], the new site supervisor that we got towards the end tried to speed things up but still with all the delays he didn't finish the build on time, we had to constantly chase them and still they delivered our house late with few things still pending to be done. as soon as we moved in, we got horrible plumbing issue. we don't know how the council or the builder approved that nasty plumbing they did. completely unacceptable. The communications between the teams is horrible, we didn't get the blinds we selected and other things too, you never get to talk to anyone higher than the site supervisor, when asked they just give the contact details of another site supervisor, Our handover was done by a guy called [Name Removed] and he absolutely is a horrible guy. he didn't have any smile or any interest in handing us the house. he just said these are the keys and that's all, what an experience Coral homes gave us. Never go with these builders.

We cannot recommend [Name Removed] enough, she was extremely helpful and honest throughout the selections process, making it seamless! [Name Removed] was absolutely fantastic as our pre-site coordinator. We have been completely over the moon with her professionalism and efficiency. She is incredibly knowledgeable, organised, and always so responsive. Nothing ever felt too hard or too much.
