Beautiful display homes, Jeremy and other members of the team have been great to deal with so far. Have been very helpful when it came to adjusting house plans and working to the constraints of our block and dealing with local council.

We spent a long time making a decision on which builder to choose for our new home and the reason we chose Dechellis was because they firstly build lovely homes but secondly because they were flexible when it came to designing our custom dream home. We haven't commenced the build yet, however, the customer service upto this point has been very good and attention to detail great too. One thing we have been really happy with has been the quality of service and knowledge from the sub contractors that Dechellis chooses to partner with as well as the final Dechellis selections consultant. Each selections meeting has been exceptional with staff who have provided expert advice and guidance in what could have been a really challenging part of the process. Very happy so far!

We haven’t started building yet, but the process so far with Dechellis Homes has been amazing. Our salesperson, David, has been outstanding — he genuinely listened to what we wanted and shared so much of his expert knowledge, patiently answering our many questions. He’s given us a lot of his time and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Everyone we’ve dealt with so far has been great, and we’re feeling very confident moving forward.

We chose Dechellis Homes after being drawn to their designs in the display villages and feeling confident after speaking with others who had built with them. The experience so far has been very positive. The team has been patient throughout the pre-contract phase, even with multiple changes, and we never felt rushed. Etienne guided us through the process and made sure we had the time we needed to make decisions. The selections process has also been well run, with each supplier taking the time to go through options in detail. The internal selections team have been prompt and accommodating of late changes. Overall, it’s been a reassuring and well-managed experience, and we’re very happy with our decision so far.

Dechellis have been extremely knowledgeable throughout the pre-construction process. They guided us through the design and selection stages and answered all queries with clear, informed advice. The staff have all been really friendly and we are looking forward to the next stages.

The service we've received from Dechellis has been impressive. Our consultant is extremely knowledgeable and experienced which helped make the process of tailoring our build for our needs so much easier. Selections was initially a stressful process, however the selections team at Dechellis were very reassuring and help make final decisions easy.

Dechellis have be really great through our whole process. We have had issues with our council and land developers, but Sam Puopolo and his team have been very accommodating and professional in getting our designs and changes across the line. Even going into architect mode to assist in getting the council approvals without jeopardising our design wishes. Costings have been pretty accurate and also transparent so we knew what changes were going to affect our budget and where we can make adjustments. The Office staff have been great in their communication and assisting in fast forwarding our selection process to get on track with our construction timeline.
