EGC Building

Our experience with Simon Green was a nightmare which is still going on. We contracted him to renovate our duplex in July 2018, a job that was to be completed by early November. It is now July 2019 and the renovation remains unfinished. There were many days when no tradesman would turn up or only one would be here for a few of hours. He made many promises about catching up the work the following week but that's all they were... promises. Dispute EGC Building Pty Ltd having been paid in full for all invoices, we have been unable to get him back to finish the renovations and are now taking him to the Queensland Builders and Construction Commission, QBCC, in order to get him to complete the renovation and repair the defects which total over 60 items. We found that the quality of the work performed was at times very poor and it required us to keep an eye open at all times. A 1 Star rating on this review was the minimum allowed, otherwise it would be none. I strongly suggest that if you try other builders.

Simon has done a fantastic job very happy with the floor and stairs . keeps you updated with his progress ,clean and tidy worker ,thank you simon

Simon helped me put together the Kids Who Know House renovation in Tamborine Mountain during May and June 2016. This included multiple renovation areas plus a huge brand new covered deck. He was simply brilliant. Helpful, enthusiastic, extremely competent with great attention to detail and was always willing to make a plan or find a better way. If I do this again, the every first phone call I make will be to him. I cannot recommend him highly enough for any type of construction/carpentry/building/renovating

Simon is very easy to get on with and does a very good professional job. Non smoker and keeps the job site exceptionally clean and tidy. Nothing we asked for was too much trouble. We have used his services for nearly a week now and very happy - would use him again and we will recommend him to others
