We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the incredible Construction Team at Firstyle Homes for guiding us through every step of building our first family home. From start to finish, the team was nothing short of exceptional. While we experienced a few minor delays and issues, the management and construction team always found effective solutions to keep us on track and ensure a timely handover. A special thank you goes to our wonderful Construction Supervisor, Luke. His kindness, dedication, and hands-on approach made a world of difference. Luke was consistently responsive and willing to meet us on-site whenever needed, managing all contractors with great attention and care. We’d also like to acknowledge the Construction Manager Ben, whose support and proactive communication helped resolve any concerns that came up from a higher end. He was always focused on achieving the best outcomes and ensuring our satisfaction throughout the process. Our deepest thanks go to our amazing Construction Customer Service Officer, Kobie. Her kindness, patience, and outstanding service truly stood out. She consistently went above and beyond to meet our needs promptly, and constantly reassured follow-ups which she never failed to do so. Kobie’s attention to detail and behind-the-scenes efforts is second to none and never went unnoticed. We are truly appreciative of all her work and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had her on our journey. Lastly, we're extremely grateful to our Maintenance Team, Jarrod and Rob, who recently completed the finishing touches over the weekend. They were thorough, efficient, and incredibly accommodating. A special shoutout to Rob for his generosity and dedication—working overtime to ensure everything was completed to the highest standard. Thank you all for making this experience so memorable and positive. We appreciate that even post-handover, the team continues to assist us due to their incredible customer service skills. Firstyle Homes at Box Hill display office did a great job!! They are a very professional team, No matter what problem we raise, they will solve it in time and will adjust the design in time according to our requirements until we are satisfied. We are lucky to get Scott Muncaster to be our building & design cosultant, our English is not well, but he always patiently and give us timely answers. Built in 2020, I’ve been having issues since the day we moved in. Taps (all bathrooms and laundry) have been leaking and we reported it straight away. Plumbers came in to inspect and said that the taps were faulty. Someone was scheduled to come in. Fast forward and I’ve emailed and called Firstyle every few weeks with no reply. They have finally decided to reply after 4 years, only to say that the tapes have now pasted their warranty I have posted a review before, from which they only offered to help me if I switched to a 5 star review

My partner and I worked with Ken during the first stage of building our very first home. Ken was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us during this process. This being our first home, everything was very new to us however Ken took the extra time to take us through the process step by step. I honestly couldn’t recommend Ken enough! Thank you Ken!!!!!!

I’ve had a seamless experience overall from the sales teams through to the PM Ash and post follow ups with Komal. Ash in particular has been very responsive and prompt in addressing anything that came up. From start to finish, Ashish delivered efficient work with attention to detail and professionalism in keeping me informed every step of the build. When concerns or issues arises during the build. The contact with our initial contact person or agent was smooth and easy. Then on, he was always prepared to meet with us whenever we have issues to clarify or points that we need more explanations for. You get the impression that he is the person who knows his trade, and who is always ready to give the best service to customers. Now that we have reached the stage when construction would start soon, he offered that he can be contacted if we need further clarifications or if we have any problem with anything.
