From start to finish the service from the team at the Joondalup showroom was excellent. From the design (Paul was professional and a pleasure to work with - he listened and was patient with our many questions and requested changes) to installation (the installers worked hard and took care with our newly polished floor. They also took care to clean up after themselves), we could not be happier. I love my walk in wardrobe. I will use Flexi Renovations again and will not hesitate to recommend them!

Our experience with Flexi was very positive! The design process was easy, smooth with Kevin coming to our home, listening to our ideas and providing suggestions and quotes, as requested. We subsequently met in the showroom and for hours Kevin dedicated time (and patience) to creating an unique design for our WIRs. Assembly and installation was also very easy and well communicated. The only minor issue was not having the mirror ready on the day of installation and the long wait to have it fixed. But even with this, Flexi was professional and easy to deal with. Sometimes, it is when not all goes according plan that you appreciate the quality of great customer service! And yes, we are coming back for our second project, would not consider going anywhere else!

We walked into Flexi, with no appointment, wanting to find out if they might be a good fit. Richard took time out of his (apparent later on) very busy day to sit down with us and get the ball rolling! We are so glad we had Richard to help us. He was so patient, helpful, understanding, and creative! The install went just as smooth as the design process. Quick, clean, and it is just a beautiful kitchen. You can tell that you get quality with flexi. We would recommend them to anyone!

We have used flexi four times now, and we wouldn’t use anyone else. Their service is second to none. Friendly, respectful, on time and a great product. Paul and Ross have always listened to what we specifically need and designed around those requirements. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Can’t recommend them enough.

Flexi designed and installed a home office fitout for us. We found the design service very good, with Paul coming out to our house a couple of times and working through with us exactly what we wanted and how to best fit the cupboards, drawers, open shelving and built in desk into our home office. The installation was done in 1 day and was done professionally and well. We are delighted with both the look and functionality of our new home office and we found the cost to be reasonable. We would recommend Flexi based on our experience.

We always get what we want!We used Flexi 5 years ago for a built in study and shelving and 3years ago on some kitchen additions and recently on laundry currently in process on doing another project with Flexi. We have been very happy with each and every project carried out by Flexi team- looks seamless like it was meant to be there. Hello Flexi, The quality of the products are excellent and the installation was at a very high standard we only have one problem is that we should have had time between the removal and the install to do patching and painting as now we can not get to a section of the wall to paint and repair due to the new cupboards we did discuss this prior to installation but were assured it would be ok I just feel it was about a quick in and out service.

We used Flexi 15 years ago for a built in robe and have been very happy with it - it still looks new. That is why we decided to go with Flexi again when we did our kitchen renovation. Right from the start we were given good and honest advice and in all honesty, the service and flexibility did not disappoint us.
