Jim's Fencing

Just used Jims Fencing Para Vista SA for some replacement posts and Prince & Karan were fantastic! They attended and provided a quote the same day and then completed the job as promised on time 2 days later. Fair and reasonable price for the work as well. Cant recommend them highly enough!

There are two parts to this review. I contacted a franchisee because there was a card on my neighbour’s fence. He came out measured and after a few weeks of not hearing we sent texts a few days apart. Still no response. I then contact Jim’s group who said they had no one else in the area and sent an independent contractor who was not part of the group. That contractor is charged a lead fee by Jim’s. He quoted 4 times the amount of another contractor. When I escalated both these things the following happened. The original Jim’s franchisee rang me at 10 pm on the night I sent the email, not to resolve the problem, but to pick a fight with me. He hung up and told me I was pathetic. With regards to the exorbitant charges of the independent contractor, Jim’s group response was that independents could charge what they like.

Shubham was the best, Very Prompt Contact, Quote and arrived on time on the day requested, was a fence repair and he did an amazing job in the awful weather as well, would highly reccomend, and a Big Thanks.

Chris was fantastic - on time, great communication. He really thought through what we needed from the fence, which was for keeping our new puppy safe, and he made it in record time. Thanks so much, Chris!

Fantastic work ethic, professional attitude, arrived when they said they would and put up an amazing fence. Cannot recommend Shubham enough. The job they did at our place was hard, lots of basalt rock in the ground, a retaining wall to contend with, not to mention windy weather. Shubham and his team did a fantastic job. So much so that neighbours of ours are keen to use his services for other fences. Definitely impressed people.

Ali and Ali did a great job replacing 52m of fencing in 3days . I would highly recommend him with competitive pricing and quick quoting . Easy to talk to and removed all the old fencing leaving the site clean.

Had a small job to supply and install some Colorbond Boundary Fencing to match existing. Contacted Brent from our local Jims (Maitland), called Monday PM, he came that afternoon for quote, happy with price, came back Tuesday afternoon to set posts and some rails, back Wednesday to complete job. Unbelievable, all done within 3 days. Fence looks great, very neat and tidy, just want we wanted. Could not fault.
