I have been in Commercial construction as a site manager / foreman for 10 years , building police stations , school theatres, completed new vehicle dealership buildings , heritage listed buildings and even internal overhaul of churches. During this time I have also worked in the domestic building industry for over 32 years . I am a registered building practicioner DBU -36661 I have constructed numerous bathrooms , deckings ,renovations to bedroom extensions as well as completing jobs involving house maintenance. I strive to be time efficient , tidy ,take special pride in my workmanship, and consider myself to be competitive with pricing. As a qualified carpenter , starting out in the renovation sector , I naturally pride myself on my quality of work being as a service to you and always try to have an excellent working relationship .

Pat is fantastic. He is knowledgable and very patient. He gave great advice, did an excellent job, and modified the quote when it became clear that job required less work than first appeared. I would definitely recommend hiring Pat for your next job.
We have had Pat and Gay at our home for major renovations. We would highly recommend them as they really take on board all our ideas and comes up with there own as well.
