Rosemount Kitchens

We chose Rosemount Kitchens to renovate our kitchen, main bathroom, toilet, ensuite and laundry because they were highly rated and recommended by a friend who had their kitchen done by them. The team at Rosemount were professional, friendly, listened to what you want, provided ideas and solutions to get around small spaces and always eager to help. Chris (Consultant) was friendly, patient and easy to work with in designing our new kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. He worked on the initial design and measurements and helped us choose the kitchen and bathroom accessories. Sonny (design and final measure) consulted us frequently on the final design. Pat and John did an excellent job on the water-proofing and installation of the bathrooms and laundry. Their attention to detail and precision made the bathrooms look great. Mat (Project Manager) was always on hand and kept us informed on how the project was going. He was always helpful and nothing that was asked for was too much trouble. Minor imperfections (after handover) were also attended to quickly and fixed. Mark Tonkin (MD) himself took an interest in the work and was even onsite near the final stage of the renovation. Mark’s philosophy “Do it right first time”. We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen, laundry and bathrooms thanks to the Rosemount team who are professional, dedicated, friendly and provided excellent quality (of the cabinetry) and service especially through Covid. Highly recommend this Company and we have recommended them to family and friends. Rosemount also recommended a builder to us to renovate the rest of the house.

From the moment I entered the Rosemount showroom I was extremely impressed. Beryl was welcoming and asked great questions to help me formulate my wish list. I visited many times and she also offered great ideas and some helpful colour ideas. This professionalism continued through the design process. Chantel is a great communicator and wanted to get to know me and my preferred style before we even met. As soon as she arrived she was warm and positive about my home and noticed elements of my personality that she could incorporate. No other company did this. She listened to me and took the time to get to know me rather than just look at the space. I never felt silly for asking questions or that I was bothering her. She had a small area to play with and spent ages trying to accommodate my wishes. She was an absolute joy to work with and I would happily recommend her (and have) to anyone looking at renovating their kitchen.

The kitchen was made exactly as we asked for & in due time. Craftsmanship and materials were great. This kine of kitchen can change value of your entire residence, you get the money back.

We are so pleased with our new kitchen. The Rosemount team were very professional and very helpful. Working during covid is testing for everybody but every member of the Rosemount team worked efficiently and carefully and did a great job. Mat was a wonderful project manager who contacted us very regularly, addressed any concern we had with a helpful, responsive approach that meant we got the outcomes we wanted. It was refreshing to work with a renovation team that was really focused on doing a great job and not just rushing through it. We are very happy to highly recommend Rosemount.

When we decided to renovate our kitchen, laundry and powder room, we received quotes and designs from a number of different companies. We chose Rosemount in the end because they were patient, flexible, professional, and didn’t try to push us into making snappy decisions. We have a very unusual shaped space, so getting the design just right was quite a challenge. We changed our plans numerous times, which was never too much trouble for them. All of the trades were friendly. Their attention to detail and precision was particularly good. They would not let anything slip through, any minor imperfections were fixed without any trouble. We are very happy with our new renovation and would highly recommend Rosemount Kitchens.

We have recently had our kitchen renovated by the team at Rosemount, like many I am sure this was a long awaited change for us and a decision on who to use was what had stopped us getting our kitchen done earlier. Once we met with Chantel we were instantly at ease and knew it was time to stop searching and lock them in. We were so happy with everything Rosemount did for us, from the design to the end result we were delighted. Each person involved in this process was professional and very easy to deal with - I felt so comfortable with each of them. I trusted them entirely. They certainly didn't let us down. Chantel was fabulous and a delight to work with & until this experience I had no idea what a difference a project manager made. Matt was the greatest, super professional, direct and to the point and went absolutely above and beyond. He made us feel our happiness on the end result was certainly his main focus - you guys are amazing - thank-you all again, we are thrilled with the end result.
