Always Fresh Carpet Cleaning

I should have believed these previous bad reviews. He arrived late, (I had to ring to see if they were still coming), charged me more than quoted over the phone, and then the stain isn’t much better than before he “cleaned” the carpet, and wouldn’t do the whole room, only the stained area. He was very rude when I asked about the rest of the room, he said the needed to go back to the truck to get other products and was too busy. I rang to say the stain hadn’t been removed, and there was no apology. Terrible experience. I would NOT recommend them at all.

Scheduled to arrive between 11-1, turned up at 3.30. Carpet cleaning was not completed satisfactorily, equipment used was not ideal, round device could not steam clean parameters of each room. Could not guarantee chemicals were eco-friendly.

I was told technician would arrive between 10:30-1pm. I rearranged all my meetings and WFH on the day. 1:30pm I ring and ask where the technician is. They say he’ll call me. Get a text 5 min later saying he’s running late, will be there around 2-3. I say ok. He texts again. ‘Make that 4’ he says. Incredibly disrespectful waste of my whole day. I cancelled.

Our carpet was so filthy and it’s beige so I definitely wasn’t expecting it to come up so clean thank you! Will definitely use you guys again when I need

There had been misunderstanding between fantastic furniture and this company that they had outsourced to. I rang up the manager to clarify and he was aggressive and rude. Would definitely avoid.

Very disappointed with what I had been quoted compared to What I was then told for the treatment I was paying for extraction of water and treatment $220 I paid I paid $180 upfront then to be told total price was to be $880. Upfront total charges would be more appreciated.

Just had outstanding service from Always Fresh. As soon as they received a work order from our realtor, they contacted me to arrange a day and time to come. Jackson, the technician, called ahead, was punctual and extremely professional. He efficiently went about getting the job done effectively. All the water stains following a leak we removed as well as other marks that were on the carpet. As a bonus, Jackson was personable, friendly and spoke highly about the company he is representing. Thank you Jackson and Always Fresh!

Please do not use them. I called and got a quote and was told $125 plus $30 surcharge for more than 20 stairs. The guy arrived and said we have few levels of cleaning Level 1 and so on ……..! At the end I was charged an astronomical amount. Please be aware. Even after charging so much the carpet was not clean.
