A very professional organisation. Smooth communication, prompt response, on time arrival, extremely efficient and highest quality cleaning job provided by a single worker. He took great pride in his work - so humble. The unit’s kitchen and bathroom were in quite a state - I just couldn’t face the rooms to do it myself. The price was as charged by other quotes. I thoroughly recommend this cleaning company.

Pablo did an amazing job cleaning our oven. He is courteous, conscientious and efficient. Our oven looks like new. He was also meticulous in cleaning up after his work. We hope we can have Pablo clean our oven next time! Thank you Pablo.

I paid $450 to Optima Cleaners on March 12, 2025, for a bond clean based on their advertised “100% bond back guarantee,” which included blind dusting, a free re-clean if needed, and an additional blind wash I paid extra for. The clean was carried out on March 17. When the cleaner returned the keys, I specifically asked if everything had been completed — I was told yes, with no mention of any missed areas. However: - None of the blinds were dusted, despite this being part of the included service; - The extra blind wash was not done; - A mouldy bathroom wall was left completely untouched; I reported these issues on March 20, well within the 3-business-day re-clean policy. Over the following week, I was passed between four different representatives via emails and calls, each repeating the same excuse: that they were “still searching for cleaners.” No resolution, just stalling. As other reviewers mentioned, they don't keep a promise to call back within an hour. Their customer support representatives told me that 3 times over the phone (on separate ocasions) and never called back. A re-clean was eventually scheduled for March 27 at 1:00 PM — but the cleaner never showed up. Our property manager informed us around 3:00 PM that no one had arrived or contacted her. At that point, both my husband and I tried calling Optima multiple times — they did not pick up. Instead, they emailed me that evening offering a $100 refund “as a goodwill gesture.” After this string of failures, I decided I could no longer engage with them in good faith and filed a formal dispute. They: - Made a clear promise to return and fix the job; - Failed to show up, with no warning; - Never informed us they couldn’t find anyone and no one was coming. We could have cleaned the place ourselves if they had; - Ignored our phone calls when it mattered most; Our property manager had to clean the remaining areas herself the day before the new tenants moved in — not because it was her job, but because Optima abandoned their responsibility. The way this company responds to other low reviews speaks volumes about their professionalism and willingness to take accountability for poor service.

Could Optima cleaning please return our keys? The clean was done but Optima cleaning missed a fair few things and had to go back. They promised to return to return the keys to us by Monday morning. It is now Tuesday afternoon as there is no sight of the keys, nor are they answering or returning our calls. Very Very poor service.

Mandeep and her partner arrived promptly on time and did a thorough clean throughout my son's house paying specific attention to the bathroom areas and master bedroom as I had requested. They then proceeded to fill the remaining time by dusting, vacuuming and mopping the remaining areas of the house. A wonderful job and really has freshened the house. Thankyou. I would highly recommend Optima.

Optima bond cleaning is worse than a spring clean you would get anywhere else..!!! SCAM...!!! Quote doesn`t indicate what they do and don`t - ONCE you pay - they will send a big list of things which they won`t do - almost nothing is included in there cleaning..! We used them to do a bond cleaning in our house in Augustine Heights recently. A young Indian couple with no previous experience showed up leaving our garage door open while it was pouring down and they had no common sense as the water will come inside and damage the side skirtings and the rest of the inside. As soon as they showed up - the first thing we noticed was the negative vibe that they were not prepared to do any work. That was our first clue thinking we went ahead was a wrong decision along with leaving the garage door open when it was pouring down rain. Our real estate sent us an extensive report of places they missed and the level of their service. They missed lots of spots they could reach easily saying they were unreachable. Garage had water puddles after they left. Would never recommend them to anyone ever....!!!

Pablo and Ricardo cleaned our oven, stove top and microwave beautifully. They were prompt, cheerful, efficient and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them. Even though I was offered a discount on my next clean, I would have been happy to provide this review without it.

The team were very accomodating at short notice for a clean on a Sunday afternoon. Mafas was very thorough with his clean and very polite with good communication. We received our bond back in full on the very next day with no issues. Thank you Mafas.
