We bought several $1000 worth of stock - was to be delivered within a couple of weeks - they had forgotten. When they did deliver it they only delivered half. When I said we needed the other half first thing the next week they agreed and then were several hours late - costing us the builder's time sitting around waiting for the delivery. They wouldn't even consider reimbursing us for the time/cost of the builder sitting around doing nothing - Avoid this company if you can.

I have had fantastic advice and support from Carly at Amber Tiles Newcastle. We went through multiple colour schemes, fittings and accessories until finding the right finishes for my project. It was nice to have the support of as the project matured. I ended up purchasing all tiles and fittings for two full bathrooms, kitchen backsplash, sunroof and exterior tiles and outdoor patio pavers. I highly recommend you include this team in your next build or renovation.

Appreciated the time Luke was able to give us and help make comparisons with other tiles. I think we have a great tile that will complement the fireplace and flooring.

Scott at Amber Kotara was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Having tried to get some matching travertine elsewhere it was refreshing to be able to get what I wanted when I wanted it. Definitely recommend Scott.
