Signed a contract offer from captain green solar and after 4 months was told they won’t be installing my system and missed the government rebate as did two others and still have not received my $1000 deposit. Was told for another $6000 they can install it. Stay away from captain green solar

I recently had a solar battery installed by Captain Green, and I couldn’t be happier with the end-to-end experience. Both the service and installation teams exceeded my expectations. Stan was my main point of contact and made the entire process incredibly smooth. Eva coordinated the installation very well. The installers were efficient, tidy, and good workmanship.

Eventually, our installation was completed ! Oliver persisted until it happened. The end solution has lead us to a supply of electricity IN CREDIT ! The original solar panel installation success was why we went with Captain Green. So when we went battery install, they were our first choice. The quotation process was questionable because Captain Green do not offer on-site survey of the proposed installation; reliance on digital details was cumbersome.

I was called by Justin and we quickly agreed on the best solution for me. He was able to call up my property and with a copy of my power bill offered the system I was expecting. The installation and fit of the unit was faultless, my garage was cleaner when the workman left than when they arrived. I have been dealing with Captain Green for maybe 8 years. They installed my 1st and 2nd sets of solar panels and their back up has been Great. I have now been dealing with Justin in regards to installing a battery system and he has continued the excellent service. Tom (customer relations), Jerry (operations) and the team were very helpful and responsive on email. A huge shout out to the sub-contractors that installed the job for us (Adamson Electricians) they were absolutely amazing and went out of their way to tidy up and go above and beyond for the battery installation.
