Jenny then took over and coordinated everything, including the rebate application and scheduling the installation. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. The whole experience was smooth, transparent, and efficient. The installation timeline was quick, and there were no surprises along the way. Our experience with Fritts solar has been great from first contact through to installation. They worked around us having our roof restored which allowed us to have an old system removed, roof restored & then new system installed. Installers were professional & have done a fantastic job. Superb service with very competitive pricing. I installed a 10kW solar system with a 10kW inverter and a 40kWh Sigenergy battery. Before making the final payment, I arranged a private third-party inspection to check the installation quality. There were a few minor issues identified, and the company fixed them promptly without any hesitation. Only after everything was corrected and approved did I proceed with full payment. From installation to system handover and flexible payment options, the entire process was handled professionally. The team was transparent and supportive throughout. I contacted more than 15 top solar companies in Perth, but none of them were comfortable with the idea of a third-party inspection before final payment. The moment I mentioned it, most of them backed away. This company had no problem with it, which gave me great confidence in their work. Amazing experience overall. We were planning to add a battery to our solar setup. Fritts Solar were recommended to me by Finn Peacock of SolarQuotes. They didn't disappoint. I found their people great to deal with. After leaving a message on their website, I was contacted by phone and a home visit was organised. Krish turned up on time. He did a thorough evaluation of our current setup. He analysed our usage and solar production. He then presented us with two options: the first was a DC-coupled Solaredge battery, and the second was an AC-coupled Sungrow battery. After doing some calculations, I concluded that due to our moderate usage, the payback time would be too long to recover our investment, so we decided not to proceed. I decided to leave a positive review because I felt they were quite meticulous in their approach and cared about their customers. Krish, Joy and Abhinu were always courteous and not pushy in the least. If our situation changes or battery prices come down, we will keep Fritts Solar in mind. I have no hesitation in recommending this team.

​I started looking for a PV and battery system once storage became a more viable option. After reading Finn Peacock’s book and using SolarQuotes.com.au, I reached out to several installers. Most only offered "desktop quotes" based on satellite images, but Fritts Solar was the only company that actually put boots on the ground. I dealt mostly with Alvin from Fritts Solar, who was extremely responsive. By the Saturday following my initial Wednesday call, Abhinu (Fritts Solar) was at my house for a proper site audit. After 40 minutes of discussing the layout and technical options with him, I felt confident enough to sign up. ​While other companies are already booking into late 2026 due to the current rebates, Alvin and Jenny (Fritts Solar) managed the Plenti approval and scheduling much faster. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call about a cancellation, and my system was installed on 12 Dec 2025—just five weeks after my first contact. ​The System & Installation: The installation team arrived at 06:30 and had the 11.4 kW Longi panels, 10 kW Sungrow inverter, and 16 kWh Sungrow battery fully installed by noon. They were meticulous with the final Western Power compliance checks and walked me through the battery monitoring app. ​It was a seamless experience across the board, from Alvin and Jenny in the office to Abhinu’s site visit and the sub-contract install teams. If you’re looking for a professional outfit that actually shows up to inspect your roof before you buy, I’d highly recommend the team at Fritts.

I first heard about Fritts Solar via SolarQuotes in 2022 when we enquired about installers in Perth. Fritts Solar were one of three installers recommended by SolarQuotes. After discussing our requirements and receiving quotes from all three installers we felt most comfortable dealing with Fritts Solar. They were the only ones to advise us to only install solar panels and wait for batteries. They never tried to oversell but instead supplied numerous price options then allowed time for us to do our own research. If we had any questions they were always available and only to happy to assist. The installation was seamless and all packaging and leftover materials were removed. Which is unusual these days. When the government offered grants for batteries we reached out to Fritts Solar as well as the three other companies SolarQuotes had recommended. Yet again, Fritts Solar were the only company offering sound advice in line with Fronius. Not one of the others did the same? We have since had our battery system installed by Fritts Solar and couldn’t be happier. Fritts Solar provided sound advice were competitive with pricing and never tried to sell us something we didn’t require. They are without doubt the best company we’ve used in years.

We have recently added a 13.8kW BYD Battery arrangement to our new solar panel system which was installed in February 2025. The entire process for both panels and battery was coordinated through Fritts Solar, from scoping the system, helping with the State and Federal rebates, and final installations. Nothing was too difficult for Fritts and the entire process went smoothly. The tradespeople who undertook the installation were punctual, professional, and left the place neat and tidy, and the system appears to be operating the way it should. We sourced Fritts via "Solar Quotes" and highly recommend the team from Fritts Solar.

I highly recommend Fritts Solar. Of the three companies put forward by https://www.solarquotes.com.au/ Fritts Solar was the only company that visited my house to discuss my needs, offer advice and survey the site. They advised of the projected waiting period, which was accurate. When installation day arrived, their Team arrived en masse, removed my inadequate system and installed the upgraded panels and a battery. The Team Lead then spent time explaining the system and the corresponding app. The site was left clean with all rubbish removed.

We approached several companies for quotes and Fritts Solar was the only one that came out to see us. The other companies rang to provide verbal quotes without seeing or asking about the property, household or usage, despite making appointments to meet with us. When the solar rebates kicked in, it was just too hard for the other companies. Not only did Abhinu go through with the meeting that was set up, but he also took the time to sit down with us, understand our needs and provide valuable advice on how to proceed. He was knowledgeable and well-informed, and his advice was candid. We got a strong sense that he wasn't just trying to sell us a product. Sales process was really easy, quote was good, sales explained the different inverters and solar panels so choosing was easy. Day of the install the guys turned up when they said they would and explained the process, install was quick and seamless with no issues. The installer explained the system and how to use the app, i was really happy with Fritts Solar. Also received a follow-up call from customer services to make sure everything went as planned, would definitely recommend Fritts Solar.
