We wanted outdoor automated blinds that were insect proof and reduced rain and wind into an alfresco area at the back of our house in Sydney. We used AOL as they came to us with all samples to choose blinds and discussed options. We got free install and discounted pricing. Also blinds were ready after 2 weeks which was great and install was done in 3 hours including electrics. Blinds work and look fantastic.

We went with Australian Outdoor Living as their tracking system was much more streamlined than their competitors. Definitely more expensive but you can see the difference in the quality.

Professionally handled from start to finish. Good communication, was kept informed at every stage. Polite, courteous and everyone I dealt with easily answered any questions I had. Absolutely love the new verandah. Thank you to the installers, Simon and Riley. As mentioned to Sarah I have every intention of being a return customer.

End result is great. I had concerns re measurements needing review. Required checking twice due to my concern re positioning of posts. As being built, I noticed there was no way existing unit gutter could be cleaned without accessing roof. I asked installer to purchase and position gutter guard prior to continuing installation. He also had to purchase nails to attach structure as only metal screws were provided. This required him to again leave the site. I was disappointed it took so long to complete due to installer’s child and then himself being unwell. He was friendly and polite and cleared all debris.

Michael the sales person listened to what we wanted and catered for our needs including a little extra work in preparing the area to have the turf laid. It did come at a cost but it was well worth it and saved me a lot of heartache. The installer was Zac and he did a great job on his own for such a large job and again he exceeded expectations and would highly recommend both people Extremely happy with the outcome of both artificial turf areas using the Grange turf

We selected Australian Outdoor Living to Supply and Install three (3) Outdoor Blinds. We found the Sales person to be very knowledgeable with regard to the product and that was a big help. The guys who installed the Blinds were very professional and arrived on time and completed the installation in a few hours. One thing that I found a bit ridiculous was the need for the sales guy to ring his boss to get a supposed approval to apply a discount. I have previously seen this kind of sales trash with Security Shutter Sales people. Managers should surely be able to trust their sales personnel to make a decision on behalf of the company.

Big shout out to Nick from Melbourne office. He was polite, knowledgeable and gave me some great advice on options without being pushy. He really took his time with me as I had a lot of questions, but he was very patient and thoroughly put my mind at easy. Blinds are amazing quality. If you are from Melbourne I would definitely recommend Nick as your go to man.
