Grossly failed to live up to their own standards despite $667 premium service for a 1 bedroom appartment I hired Calibre Cleaning for their end-of-lease service, paying $667 total including an extra $155 specifically for balcony and window cleaning. What's particularly disappointing is that they failed to meet their own published checklist standards. Items from THEIR checklist that were missed: - "Dust and remove cobwebs" (listed for every room) - ceiling cobwebs completely untouched despite me specifically mentioning balcony cobwebs when paying the extra $155. Heating vent grille also not dusted - "Clean light switches/power points" (every room) - not cleaned - "Vacuum & Mop Floors" (every room) - floors neither vacuumed nor mopped throughout - Bathroom tiles still had dust and dried soap despite "Scrub & Clean showers, wall tiles" - Shower glass had soap scum remaining - Balcony railings completely untouched despite paying an extra $155 for balcony cleaning I wasn't present during the cleaning and only discovered these issues by chance when in the area for work. With my tenancy ending that day, I had to rush to buy cleaning supplies and complete the work myself to secure my bond return. The real frustration: I specifically paid extra for balcony cleaning and chose their premium service for a stress-free move, but instead spent hours on moving day doing work I'd already paid for. I had to improvise tools to reach the cobwebs I'd specifically mentioned when agreeing to pay extra. Customer service: After providing detailed feedback with photos, they offered a $100 partial refund - barely 15% of what I paid. Since I inspected the property the day the lease ended a reclean was not possible without delaying my bond return and causing friction with the property provider. Bottom line: When a company can't meet their own published standards and ignores specific paid add-ons while unsupervised, it raises serious concerns about their service quality. Would not recommend.
